As you may have gathered this is an empire claim. As per the CVnU rules this is the seven day notification. Seven days from today, on the twenty forth, I'll post the 'takeover' thread and attempt to take control of Venezuela.
I intend this to be a bit different from most empire claims, because Ivana has a legitimate claim to the throne, as she is both a mutant and a great warrior. Because of this she won't ride into town with a huge army at her back. Instead it she'll attempt to claim the throne with a smaller number of supporters at her side, as fits the canon of Xenon's Venezuela.
Feel free to object and contest however you want! Its an open RPG after all. But remember-- non-mutants are forbidden to enter Venezuela and the penalty for doing so is death. Also please remember that this is an RPG that is about Ivana's claim to the throne, and weather or not that succeeds. Its perfectly fine to make a post that isn't involved with that directly, however I'd like to avoid long sprawling action that doesn't seem connected to the purpose of this RPG; those types of plots should have their own RPGs.
Standard CVnU rules apply, and the CoE has the final say, as in all empire claims.
