In an attempt to gain presidency of France, and for overall usefullness. Zafir has constructed an identity as a french citizen with arabic ancestry.
His french identity's name is Cyril Karim, because his fathers side were arabic. His great grandfather, according to documents and evidence, was in the french foriegn legion and gained citizenship after injuries in combat. This allows Cyril to appear arabic, but to seem to be a French citizen.
He has constructed an entire family history and past for it, names, reletives. Most of which are dead or are either him in disguise or a sorcerors illusion.
For safety, and his very tall and specific look, he uses an alternate appearence when being Cyril.
Cyril even has a schooling background that may help somewhat as he has a degree in Criminal Justice and Economics. And being multilingual also helps a little but more simply to make things easier.
Cyril had, or appeared to have, a job in a reletively small business that began to grow more rapidly when he got in. (Easier to convince the world than if he'd been in a large one)
