Can I change my character? Can I be Vaan, Balthier, or Basch and can we do summons with the limit being 2 also can we use the magic from the game our character is from and also can we use a specific type of weapon from our game like the Claymore from FFXII or the Masamune from FFX?

I doubt it, but what you could do is introduce him as a NPC and control him and yourself. Like, I've already introduced Barret, even though he hasn't really done anything.
