February Ball of Opulence; OOC

I'm not one to create fancy OOC's, so basically there's a big ball being held in California hosted by McStorm industries. Most important political figure heads, celebrities, and wealthy socialites from across the world have been invited though anyone is able to attend.

Should have the RP up by this weekend.
