How do I set up my Mini Bio?

@JordanDrake: Go into settings and scroll down to a large area called "Description" type away at your mini bio and click save.

I was trying to delete Jordan .....can't find the thread now.

This looks fun. What do I need to do to get my character approved?

@Lord's Angel Thanks Angel, I appreciate it. I don't know what happened to the old thread but it disappeared, but I appreciate that you were going to edit the response!

@budheiser Just post here what your character's bio would be and include their powers and weaknesses. Keep in mind these would be young and inexperienced Meta Humans who would be considered 'low powered' though they will likely gain power as they learn and get more experience in using their abilities.

@JordanDrake: Would it be okay if I just used Dr. Sententia? All his info is in my mini bio. He's older, but he just discovered his powers recently.

Is this strictly meta's only?

Ok, so my first post is up on my new RPG thread (Woohoo) for anyone that wanted to check it out to see if they were interested in the RP. I have checked the links in the IC and OOC posts to make sure they are both correct and they are now. The next thing I need to do is get my mini bio set up the way I want it.

@budheiser You are good to post now.

@agentxx I won't go so far as to say that this is a meta only RP. Are you referring to the android in your RP? There's nothing wrong with him, but he may be a little more powered up than the other Metas in the game. Did you have ideas for your character? You can PM me if you like. (I only get 5 posts a day at the moment until I get more points)

I'm down for whatever! Does someone play him or are you playing him? Is he Meta? Android? Or just regular human? I am planning on introducing our first villains soon too. I am planning on a pair of them. I may try to play them both on one profile or try to find someone else to play one while I play the other. Not too sure yet.

Here are just some basic ideas.

The Double Gangers

The Double Gangers (a play off the word doppelgangers) are a shape-shifting duo that have started serving a local Dallas gang. Though they are currently taking on one specific job for the gang, they have a lot of ambition. The question is, will the gang members let them advance in their ranks, or will their fear and suspicion over the duos powers get them killed once they are no longer useful?

The name "The Double Gangers" originated from the idea that they are a team of two (Double) gang-members (Gangers). But like everything else, it is just a working title and open to brainstorming, as is a lot of the duos origins. I have a lot of ideas but I have kept them open ended so that I could allow a potential partner to brainstorm with me. I have ideas about where their powers might come from, and possible story lines for the villains as they grow in prestige and power as well and many obstacles for them to face along the way. My initial thought on the pair is that they are either a brother/sister or boyfriend/girlfriend duo, but the relation between them is open to ideas as well. They could be anything to one another including siblings or parents and child or cousins or maybe even long lost relatives. And it does not have to be a boy/girl pairing either, unless they are lovers then I ask that it strictly is boy/girl!

Aaaaaannnnnddddd I'm back!

I took something of a long break, not necessarily because I needed one but just because my RP came to a lull when a critical character stopped posting in it to drive the story forward. I'm back now and forcing the story forward with a blog post to fill in the holes of where we last left off as well as going back and doing some organizing and fleshing out of the roleplay and now I am ready to get back to roleplaying in this scenario with others.

As well as two location profiles I have for RP:

As for what I am looking for in a roleplay, Jordan is currently a street level mutant who has not yet mastered his powers and is still an amateur martial artist and currently he is a little morally ambiguous. I'd like Jordan to stay local to Dallas. That is not to say he can't be tempted out for a one shot adventure, depending on the story. Not currently interested in joining an already formed team, but I have entertained the thought of sowing the seeds for a new team created out of Dallas. I am a big fan of building up on a story rather than starting in the middle of one. I like to show the progression of my character in amassing abilities and powers and allies. I don't mind if players want to play villains in the RP, so long as they are pretty on par with Jordan or just slightly push his abilities. Jordan's development is still very much up in the air which gives us plenty of options.

@shadowswordmaster: Awesomesauce. My wife just got me started on Farscape and they have some surprising deep episodes on it! I feel it was way ahead of its time for sci-fi back then!

@jordandrake: Yeah it is man,I really like how they tie it all together with the Peacekeepers Wars movie.
