The Atlantic Ocean.

From the ocean emerged a titan, eight stories tall and with tentacles growing out of his back. He turned towards the coast of the Americas, and his eyes glowed red. A telepathic wave of energy burst forth from his mind, washing over the country, and spreading to cover the world. Instead of a message, or even an attack, it was simply an overwhelming emotion. Hate.

Within sixty seconds, the riots started. People emerging from their homes with improvised weapons, molotov cocktails and carving knees. Some simply murdered their friends and family, some lit buildings on fire. The death toll numbered in the thousands in an hour. And the source was more than obvious, as the giant in the ocean was striding towards the mainland.

Errrrrrr I like the idea a lot but there's some stuff in that OP that doesn't sit well with me. You essentially just telepathically godmodded the entire world, including all playable characters who aren't immune or resistant to telepathy. It would've been good if there had been a modifier in there (ie, it only affected people with particularly weak wills, or who were already heavily inclined towards hatred and anger).

Sounds like a fun game, but I'm already to involved in others.

But this is definitely one I'll be reading.

I think canonically he's just making a small town mad. Everywhere else is juts mildly uncomfortable for like a few minutes.

Can "phase", can fire gamma rays, technically no known strength limit but typically sticks wall breaking levels, moves around 120 mph, and has some gravity manipulation via dark matter and dark energy. (Dark matter pulls, dark energy propels.) Technically should be invisible if it weren't for Winters manipulation of it.

To clarify, the attack doesn't make you want to murder everyone, or even work with Equinox. Just, apathetic, like AXIS. Your intentions and the like are the same, but you go about them differently.

And despite the implication in the post, this is to be reversed at the end of the RP. So please, please, please, sell it. It's meant to be the meat of the RP.
