Welcome to a random stone quarry where unlucky people spend their time moving large rocks from one place to another. It's about a mile in each direction from the middle of the location with varying levels of different heights. To the east there is the remnants of an inactive stone mine and a small lake. To the west their are a few trucks and cars. The whole place is covered with varying rocks of varying sizes. The two teams(Team A @jason_rayner and @condoscondos VS. Team B @maxwell_hastings , @thearchangel , and @fujiami) start on the northern and southern ends (Team A on the north and Team B on the south) of the edge of the quarry. Non cannon so feel free to kill each other.
Maxwell stood, adorned in his blue and white robes that hid his face and most of his skin. The only open areas were his toes and the skin around his eyes. He looked at the two allies he had with him, he lowered his hands and small wisps of golden energy began to swirl around his feet.
"Archive"
The small wisps rose and formed medium sized magic panels that displayed a variety of information. He currently had three windows open, one containing known information on the man known as Ling, one containing information on the one known as Warren, and one about their current location. He quickly went over the information about his allies and then waved them forward to share about the quarry. He got rid of the first two windows and enlarged the third.
"The plan is simple, the advantageous option would be to play off of each of our strengths. Warren, stick to the skies and fire from range. Ling offer support when you can, and I'll handle the upfront offensive, I'll keep one archive window open so we can share information. What ever you think to me will appear on the screen and via the screen I can send your mind information. Let's begin."
Maxwell wasted no time, he shrunk the window and positioned it so that it was just above his eye allowing him to read whatever came through and still fight. He then created a bounce sigil in front of him and began chaining them so he could approach the battlefield. Blue magic began to form around his hands.
"Trace On...Ying and Yang"
The magic energy took shape before solidifying into the shape of his signature twin blades. They were sharp enough to cut through adamantium and measured in at 34 inches. He stopped when he got to the middle of the quarry. His plan was to draw the fire of their enemies in order for his allies to get in position and give him support.
"Ying and Yang huh? that's a funny coincidence my swords are named that too."
As he spoke his skin started to turn into his Ultimate Armor starting at his feet until it completely covered his body. Once his armor was ready a pool of shadows started to form around him only to have him start to sink into it.
"Laterbitches."
Ling fully submerged into his shadow and disappeared.
Jason weaved a handsign even though he didn't need to but he just wanted to show off. Up sprouted two wood clones out of the ground. First they came up as brown morphing wood. As it took the proper height, it progressively looked more and more like Jason until becoming an exact indistinguishable version of Jason's appearance. Jason can control his clones in an instant with just his thoughts.
Scatter and find refuge. Gather sage energy, just in case
With that, the clones leaped and quickly fell out of sight. He turned to face his partner
Theodore looked at Jason with his face full of excitement,"I suggest that we move as one unit in the begining for the fact we don't exactly know the capabilities of our foes just yet, but I have had run ins with this maxwell kid and he isn't just a pushover. I haven't seen him in a while but if he has any aspects from his father then he is quite a threat. First thing I'm going to do is get as many teleportation spots in this quarry as possible."
Theodore put his left hand on Jason's shoulder for a reassuring touche and to place his teleportation stamp on him in a worse case scenario. Then a blade appeared out of the air and Theodore caught it. Theodore spun the blade around his right index finger twice then threw it straight up in the air with half of his strength.
Once the blade reached about 8,000 feet Theodore teleported to it. He could see the layout of the whole quarry from up here. Then he gave the blade he through the properties to multiply and then he threw the blade downwards towards the ground. After the blade traveled 200 ft it multiplied into enough blades to cover the whole quarry. The blades would be spread out in 500 square foot spaces. None of the blades were at risk of hitting his ally.
Theodore then teleported back down to his partner and asked,"Shall we take a walk?" Then Theodore started to walk forward towards the south side of the quarry. The blades falling out of the air were scattered, but they still had a chance of hitting their enemy, so they better keep their heads up.
Jason watched in amazement as Theodore did this. He was impressed and excited that his partner was strong. Maybe he'll even have a spar with Theo when this was all over. Jason weaved a few more handsigns. Wood sprouted out of the ground and formed more clones. Around 60 to be exact. This would definitely drain normal chakra reserves but with Jason's huge pool of chakra this was child's play.
Search for the enemy
Jason thought and in an instant all of the clones scattered into different directions. He turned to Theo
"See now we can find the enemy with my clones then teleport nearest with your blades. I know I know, smart"
Jason just walked with Theodore hoping that he impressed his partner as much as he was impressed with him.
Warren sat back idly as everyone else set plans into motion. He watched as one of his enemies (Jason) created two clones. This was obviously an attempt to confuse Warren's team, but it would be ineffective. The other opponent, amazingly, threw his sword into the air and teleported to it. He then threw it at the ground and it split into several other swords. The purpose of this was unknown to Warren, but he assumed there was one.
Warren scooped up some mud and gathered up as much energy as he could. He then swiftly flew towards the opponent that had created the clones and wiped mud onto his back. Of course, he was going too fast for anyone to notice he had even been there.
"One of them has the ability to created clones of himself. I put some mud on the back of the original so that you guys would be able to identify him," Warren telepathically informed his teammates.
Maxwell heard the sound of something moving through the air at unnatural speeds, his head tilted slightly upwards and he saw a rain of knives coming down towards him. He spun the blades in his hands and lept into the air using bounce sigils, using his twin short swords to knock any knives within 5 feet of him in each direction away. He then dropped to the ground, and his the blue magic began gathering around his eyes.
"Trace On"
One of the knives became covered in blue lines that moved from one end to the other. Maxwell was able to analyze the knives every property in the event that it was magical and he needed to recreate it. He gained information through this action and relayed it to his teammates via Archive. The information would just appear in their minds as if it had been there since day one.

Maxwell lowered his blades but, kept his muscles tense in case he needed to take immediate action.
It was at this moment that he got a message from Warren stating that one of the enemies could create clones. The real one was marked with mud however, which made everything alot easier. Maxwell scoffed and began unwrapping his hands so that his skin was showing. Despite being covered a majority of the time it was still tan. He picked up his swords and then they were marked with bomb sigils, this turned them from regular blades into grenades.

Ling was jumping from shadow to shadow looking for a target. While searching he saw all these men running around and they both looked the same. He moved to the shadows that trailed behind them then jumping out of the shadows with his Ultimate Spears extended to 3 feet, He then dove through the air splitting two men in half only to reveal that they are made of wood. He then dove back into the shadows to find a vantage point. At an upper level of the quarry he had a good view of the lower level and saw 10 more clones. Ling touched the ground extending the shadows that followed the clones making them come out of the ground and wrap around the legs of the clones. Lings shadows consumed the clones pulling them into the ground till they were completely gone.
Ling quickly turned into Yu Gi Oh
"I BANISH YOU TO THE SHADOW REALM MUWAHAHAHAHA"
Once he was done he turned back and dissolved into the shadows and continued his search.
Warren decided that his opponents would try to use stealth to their advantage. In order to turn the table, he began flying around and cutting down any tree that came in his path. He was flying at about mach fourteen so that he would be able to control his flight more intricately.
"Jason i have located one of the enemies. There was an irregularity with the kunai most of them stuck into the ground like they were supposed to but then one of them was deflected sideways as if it was hit away it is most definetley something worth checking out."
Theodore put his hand on Jason's shoulder and they were teleported to the closest kunai of that was deflected. Sure enough there stood a man that theodore recognized as maxwell hastings. Theodore looked at Maxwell and gave him a slightly cocked grin with malicious intent. Theodore then summoned his sword mad out of amazonium that was blessed to be indestructible.
Theodore then securely sheathed the sword on his back then summoned his chakra rods. He summoned two rods then threw both rods at the most predicted places that maxwell would use. He predicted these places using his accelerated probability manipulation.
With Jason and Theo now at the enemies location, Jason decided to use a technique he hasn't thought about in quite some time. Jason smiled, how could the enemy stop an attack like this. Forming a few hand signs and shouting
"Bringer of Darkness Technique!"
With that he targeted his opponent, hoping to cripple him from being able to dodge Theo's attack.
"We have some unfinished business to take care of don't we Theodore."
Maxwell focused his attention on both of the beings, as he clenched his swords. Maxwell, saw the first man move his hands and shout out a few words. Max's entire world went black but only for a moment before he shouted his own phrase.
"ARCHIVE"
He could see everything just like normal and just in time to jump at Mach 6 and use a bounce sigil to put himself in the air and out of the way. Archive had saved his life due to it's ability to convert information into magical data and relay it to Maxwell. When he said archive he didn't recast the spell but, instead he created thin and unnoticeable panels that rested gently against his cornea like a magic contact. The Spell then would function at the same speed as his eyes normally would converting anything that happened into information that was sent to his brain. To the enemy it would appear as if their little trick had been negated when in all honesty it had just been canceled out by another ability. Maxwell was now about 10 feet above the battlefield standing on another yellow Archive window. He then went for his counter attack, he threw his blades towards the feet of the two. Chances are though that this would do nothing and in fact it probably wouldn't work but, these were just distractions for him to gain some distance and height. He stepped off the panel and began using bounce sigils to move through the air so that he was about 30 feet in the air and about 30 feet away from the two. He lowered his hands and took a deep breath.
"Vernier, Armis, Praesidium"
His arms became covered in a red aura, his legs a blue, and his torso a yellow. These were the signals that his buffs had worked. His durability, speed, and strength would be doubled for the next 30 minutes which is about how long it should take to end this battle. He looked down towards the dynamic duo and about 20 magic circles appeared behind him aimed in their direction. Their was a loud sonic boom as a variety of swords, spears, axes, and other melee weapons shot towards them at Mach 2.
Ling heard some action going down and he knew it would be fun
"Oh my! them neighbor boys are being mighty rowdy, someone should teach them some manners, BUT FIRST a snack."
Ling stomach began to open and giant teeth sprung out of his chest to expose a giant eye. then in blink of an eye, from where Ling was standing on the west side of the quarry to 1 mile outward was carved out leaving a nice smooth finish.
"Gee now that was tasty, a nice meal of 20 tons of rock dirt and sediment really hits the spot on a day like this."
Ling touched the ground and used his Dragon Pulse to sense where them damn neighbor boys were and once he got a set on where they were and used his shadows to move him self there.
Theodore had not found this attack to be much of a serious threat, and he found that it would be easily redirected or avoided. Theodore decided to redirect the flying projectiles back towards the rushing enemy. With a series of graceful flips, spins and slides he redirects all the projectiles back towards the enemy. While touching each of the projectiles he places a stamp on them.
As the daggers flew back towards the enemy most of them passed him without coming close to hitting him then the last one flew by him. It was a dagger that flew over his right shoulder. Once it was right above him Theodore teleported in to the dagger, but Theodore calculated that he would have more than enough time to land his attack on his opponent at his current speed of travel.
Then a green ball of energy appeared in his hand that was rotating very fast. It had enough force to level a 4 story building. If it made contact with any part of his body then it would shred that part of the body and have a very deadly affect. The purpose of this attack shreds and implodes the victim simultaneously. Theodore was currently above his opponent then he pushed his attack downwards planning on hitting his opponent in the back and shooting him into the ground.
@condoscondos: Maxwell knew his attack would be ineffective, in fact he expected it to be. Rather then sit and wait like a triumphant ass he went into action the way a real warrior would, this wasn't an anime after all. His first instinct was to pay close attention to the way his enemy reacted. Theodore redirected the weapons towards Maxwell but, they weren't very accurate. This meant he didn't have to worry about them hitting him, and even if they did they were just normal weapons and wouldn't be able to pierce his vital organs. He began focusing his magical energy into his hands. One dagger came towards his head, he spun to the left as the blade just barely missed. Behind him Theodore appeared, in his hand was a palm sized rotating ball of energy.
He raised his arm in an attempt to intercept the attack. His mouth moved just as the ball slammed into his hand. It tore into the skin that made up his palm, the heat from it cauterizing whatever it destroyed before ripping it open again. Then the orb dissipated, where Max's hand was there sat a set of Three magic sigils. They began to glow as Max looked to the sky, a smirk appeared on his face. His free arm moved and the sigil's came with it, aiming straight towards the other person. Right as they were in place a beam of magical energy equivalent to the strength of Theodore's attack. It came at a speed equivalent to Mach 10 in a blinding flash of purple and green. Max used his feet to push off the Archive window he stood on, his body dropped by about 20 feet before he landed on yet another window. He grabbed his robes as yellow wisps began swirling around his feet, with one tug his blue and black robes came off revealing his standard Regulus Guards.
As he did this the wisps around his feet shot up until they were at the height of his knees and his eyes began glowing bright yellow.
"ARCHIVE"
The words rang out around the quarry and within moments the sky became filled with yellow panels, each one showing a live feed of the battle and each one acting like the panels that were in his eyes. They would process information and store it in his brain at the same speed his eyes would, this gave him a full view of every angle of the location. He condensed blue energy into his hand creating another version of Ying, he turned his attention towards Jason .
"Five Layerd Magic Circle: Sacred Song"
Above Jayson five sigils appeared, within mere milliseconds a beam dropped delivering 10 megatons of force down onto his head. This was about the same amount of force as Hiroshima, Max then charged at Mach 10. Due to his new archive windows he would be able to "see" where Jayson went if he dodged or if he didn't dodge. No matter what Max would be there ready to unleash a string of blows with strength equivalent to double that of a standard superhuman.
As Warren was deforesting, he noticed a lot going on in the corner of his eye. He stopped and turned to see that his ally, Maxwell Hastings, was being attacked by both opponents. Warren moved towards Jason, going FTL. Still maintaining his speed, he used his psi-talons to perform a psi-drain. Warren knew this wouldn't do much, but it would stun Jason long enough so that Maxwell's plan (which he had acquired through mind reading) would have a better chance of working.
Warren then positioned himself towards Theodore and flew towards him, attempting to grab him as he passed by.
Jason quickly put his hands together and immediately absorbed the nature energy from his clones.
"Sage Art: Sage Mode!"
He had to act quickly, Jason knew that there wasn't much time to react. He felt a gust of wind as he stumbled and fell to his knees. It must've been that freaking bird man. The magician's attack was coming fast but Jason's ability to perform jutsu was even faster.
"Summoning Rashomon"
Walls appeared all around Jason even in the air on top of him. The walls that are summoned are near impenetrable and have never been broken by anything.
"Wood Release Hobi Technique!"
The walls would surely be enough but he wanted to be sure. He couldn't underestimate his opponents. This created a large dome of extremely almost impenetrable wood around Jason. This would give him a good protective barrier with no light inside.
This would surely protect him against any attacks against him. He was now completely covered.
Theodore was floating in the air after his attack connected with Maxwell, and then he saw a slight smirk on the boys face. Then he shouted out "Five Layered Magic Circle: Sacred Song" followed by that phrase 5 sigils appeared over Jason. Theodore debated whether to help out, but then Theodore saw Jason weave a familiar hand sign which meant he would go sage mode. Thus Theodore knew that Jason was more than capable of holding his own in combat. Then Theodore's danger sense went off, and the only thing Theodore had time to do was concentrate chi in his abdominal area before he was hit by a blurry figure. He was moving way to fast to react to then he connected.
Theodore's 2 lower ribs made a crunching noise no doubt in his mind that they were broken, but Theodore rearranged his organs to avoid the impact of his shattered ribs and then placed them back in the same spot as the impact dulled down. Theodore was in his opponents arms being completely restricted until Theodore teleported to his teammate inside his protective barrier. One pro to Theodore is that he doesn't have blood to worry about just physical injury, so Theodore sat down and began to gather nature energy. He was able to see his teammate standing in the dark with multiple of his senses.
"Well Jason we really have our hands full on this one that bird man is really a bother with his fast fly by attacks. This wound will heal in like 3 minutes and in that time I will have had enough time to go into sage mode as well. Until them i feel as if we should stay in the enclosure."
Theodore put the knuckles of his hands together and began gathering the energy. "As I do this i will use my Omnichronal perception to look at what has already happened in the battle to look for common strategies or powers we haven't seen yet from them. If we are able to find some strategy from them then we should have an easier time with this battle." Theodore closed his eyes and looked across the timeline carefully, but this required large amounts of concentration and wont be able to move while doing this.
Jason was surprised to see his teammate also taking refuge in his protective capsule.
"I'll try and stall them as much as possible"
Jason turned away and smirked. Now was his time to shine. The sage mode paint was layered onto his face and made him look badass. All of Jason's jutsu would take a power boost from his sage power. Jason used a few intricate hand sings before uttering the words
"Wood Release: Advent of a World of Flowering Trees!"
As he finished, wood sprouted all around the ground outside. Roots and leafy growth sprouted and grew up and up. Some roots grew extremely high and then out sprouted flower tops. All around for about a mile radius was various roots and wooden tree like structures. There were flower tops everywhere. They started releasing a pollen and in seconds the entire radius would be filled with it. This pollen can knock people unconscious. Roots also move towards the targets and attempt to restrain them. Rushing towards Magic man and bird man at mach 1 speeds.
Ling heard the sound of trees growing and ground breaking and he saw a gas being released from flowers in the trees and it gave ling an idea and thought about it really loud so his teammates would here him. Ling rubbed his hand on his pants removing all moisture from his hand just to make sure his hand was completely dry. Then in one swift motion Ling snapped his fingers creating just enough friction so that he could create a explosion that covered about 2 miles around the box burning just about any flammable material.
Ling knew that his enemy was getting serious and he knew he had to as well. He took off his jacket, activated his shield, and extended his spears to the full two yards. with his current weight at 20 tons he knew he stood a strong chance against the two opponents. He moved to the shadows so he can have a surprise advantage.
Maxwell wasn't spending his time watching and waiting for all this to go down, rather he was handling his own matters. He had begun focusing his magical energy in order to link all the archive windows to his allies minds granting him the view of the entire battlefield. Every crevice was now known to him as well as his teammates. He finished just in time to "see" roots moving towards him, then he saw Ling. The man snapped his fingers and Maxwell immedieatly knew what this meant, within miliseconds the whole arena was covered in fire. This would throw off his Archive but only for a few moments before the fire disipated. The dust cloud was quickly cleared as well, the enemies had their chance to attack and this meant it was Maxwell's turn. He quickly analysied the situation, the first thing he noticed was that there were multiple of those clones Warren had spoken of lying around. Max sent him a message asking him to dispatch these quickly before getting ready to launch a barrage assault of toxic flechettes. He then spoke to Ling, informing him to be ready as well. Maxwell was about to try something a bit risky.
His first move was to focus magical energy into his hands, it solidified into the shape of a bastard sword. It was the strongest weapon in his arsenal, Earth Shaker. It granted him complete and total control of the earth and earthen materials. He lept out from behind a worn down truck and swung the blade, the earth that lay underneath their fancy contraption began to rise. A large mass of stone rising into the air, on it was the box and dome. Maxwell then began swingin the blade in a circle over his head. Stones and dirt around him began gathering around the edge causing the sword to grow in size until it was long enough to not only reach but go past the floating land mass.
Normally something of this size would be too heavy to lift but, since the blade gave him control over earth he was simply using that to keep it in the air. He willed the earth to move and it did so, positioning the weapon so that he could preform a quick overhead slash. Then the edge of the sword began sharpening until it was sharp enough to cut through any material. Max smiled and gave his teammates the mental que to get ready, the massive blade moved in a long powerful arc over his head and down onto the dome. It didn't matter how durable it was, the newly sharpened edge could slice it. The top of the dome cleaved down wards as the massive sword slammed into the box inside. The box put up a fight but, once again the edge could get through. The entire land mass that Max had levitated split in half, each portion falling to a different side.
"NOW"
Maxwell engaged his plan, he moved all 3 tons of stone that had made up the extended edge of his sword towards Ling for him to ingest. Then he manipulated the stone to form a new hand for him, allowing him to create his legendary spear Gae-Bolg. He took an active stance ready to fight whatever tried to escape the sphere.
Theodore had more than enough nature energy to go sage mode but he was being patient until a crunching noise was approaching then all of a sudden a stone sword shaped object cut through Jason's defenses. Theodore teleported to Jason and was relieved to find him in one piece then he put a hand on Jason's shoulder and teleported him out of there to the outside. There was a lot of dust floating around, but to make this to their advantage Theodore picked up a dozen rocks and gave them all the properties of sandstorms that spread 1.5 miles in every direction. Theodore then dropped one of the rocks to unleash a sandstorm. The sandstorm will always return to the point of origin aka the spot it was unleashed every time it is dispersed. The sandstorm reached about 500 feet tall.
"Listen Jason we must rely on our other senses now vision is going to be very unreliable." Theodore new that the enemies team mostly relied on eyesight based on what he has experienced so far, so every time the sand would clear Theodore would drop down another stone obstructing their vision. Then Theodore unleashed his sage mode which increases his awareness and his senses. He would be able to hear, smell, or feel the vibrations of the ground before they come. Also his radar sense and dimensional vision allows him to see through the sand. Theodore noticed one of the familiar person wielding a pole and sword. Theodore threw a chakra rod past Maxwell and then teleported to it. Then Theodore crouched and spun around aiming to stab him in the knee. There was a fractural plane where he was aiming and if he landed his hit it would shatter his whole leg.
Jason turned to Theodore before he teleported away.
"Alright I'll try and hold everyone else off so you can deal with Magic Man"
As Theodore teleported away Jason got to work. He figured he would need to have a constant supply of nature energy if he wanted to stay in Sage Mode. Luckily, he didn't need to spend as much time as his partner for gaining energy. He was very adept at gathering the needed energy.
"Wood Release: Wood Clone Jutsu!"
Six more clones formed from the wood coming out of the ground. Jason sent them off to hide and collect energy. Jason closed his eyes for a moment and decided to change some of the environment again since someone blew up most of his wood growth. Jason put his two hands together and focused. Wooden roots sprouted up and grew everywhere. The trunks coiled and spun all around the environment. Then some huge wooden roots circled all the way around the sand storm but low to the ground. This was no barrier, simply wood that he can morph and change if he wanted to. Now it was time to distract birdman and the shadow guy.
"Wood Release: Wood Human Technique!"
Jason concentrated, he was going to create multiple golems for fighting. Wood sprouted out of the ground and quickly change and formed into 3 golems. These golems have wood dragons around their necks (read about me page). They have extreme strength and durability. They can tank nuke level explosions and can deal extremely heavy blows. Jason sent one golem after Bird Man, as Jason can sense any energy and know where he is. One golem Jason jumped on top of and stood there and went to magic man. The other golem would help against Bird Man.
Theodore suddenly disappeared. He turned around and saw a structure form. It was a box of some sorts, that undoubtedly contained the two opponents. He watched in awe as Maxwell created a gigantic sword-like figure from stone. Maxwell cleaved the structure in half and confirmed Warren's earlier suspicions. Theodore picked up several rocks, and threw one at the ground. Normally, Warren wouldn't have allowed this to happen, but he figured a rock wouldn't be harmless. In opposition to his assumption, the quarry was suddenly engulfed in sand.
Warren used his wings to clear out some of the surrounding sand, but it, as if it was sentient, returned to it's original position. He tried again, and as he had thought, the same thing happened. Warren attempted to shift the probability of the sand returning and tried again, but to no avail. He flew above the sand so that he would be able to see more clearly. All of a sudden, three giant humanoid figures appeared. Two of them moved towards Warren. He had no idea what they had hoped to accomplish, as they were much slower than he. Instead of allowing them to formulate an advantage, Warren flew FTL at one of them and decapitated it, soon repeating this action unto the other.
Ling couldn't find a shadow inside the quarry the closet one he could find was on a cloud way above the quarry. Before leaping out of the shadow he looked to see if he could see anything happening. He saw these giants form straight out of the ground one went off deeper into the storm and two went towards what felt like Warren. He knew he had to help so he emerged out of the shadow and while doing that he blinked his eyes and then all the sudden the golems heads were falling off there bodies and this gave ling an idea. Ling began to open his stomach creating a sound that sounded much like a tornado and then in a mere second a huge gust of wind appeared and then it was gone, along with the two golems and a good chunk of sand. with the sand clear for a second only to have it come back gave him a opportunity to see warren. he floated down to him and suspended himself in air.
"Hey buddy hows in hanging? ready to kick some ass?"
@condoscondos: @jason_rayner: @fujiami: @thearchangel: Maxwell's vision became obscured, his archive's in the sky couldn't see through the sand and thus he was practically blind. Within a second he had vision again, it was as if something had cleared the sand. The sand itself returned just as quickly as it came, it was all he needed for his archive to pickup what was going on around him though. He lowered Earth shaker and intercepted a blade before he flipped forward, landing and spinning so that he could hopefully get a better view of his enemy. The sandstorm itself didn't allow for him to see at the moment but, he had a feeling it was Theodore from the brief peek he had received. He thrusted Gae-Bolg forwards making sure that he wanted to target Theodore and the tip of the spear moved in the direction of PP's heart. This was the blades unique ability, it always aimed for it's targets heart. Maxwell knew that this would also make the attack somewhat readable but, in this storm eyesight wouldn't matter. The blade could cut through adamantium and no matter what it went for the heart.
Maxwell couldn't rely on this only however, he needed to ensure that he had whatever advantage it took. He knew that this was sand and sand was an earthen material. Maxwell had a blade that allowed him to control earthen materials down to a molecular level. He swung the blade and the sand blew outwards, as it did that Walls of earth rose from the ground and reached up to the sky around both warriors. Maxwell then hardened these walls to make them indestructible, now the sand storm couldn't come into their arena. Maxwell Cast another spell
"Archive"
This time the yellow windows appeared inside the coliseum. These eye windows would help him see the entire arena.
Theodore's attack had been miraculously deflected he must of caught glimpse of the attack before he was able to land it. Theodore's weapon was stopped then a spear like weapon that goes by the name of "Gae-Bolg" was sent towards Theodore's heart. This expected attack was easily avoided by Theodore pushing aside the attack with his palm, and then Theodore made it have the physical properties of being nearly 50 tons which he hoped to throw his enemy off balance.
Next Theodore tossed one of the stones behind Maxwell and teleported to it. He then made his hand into a fist besides 2 of his fingers pointing outward. Theodore aimed for just the inside of Maxwell's right shoulder blade where there was a fracture plane which would implode his bones in wards rendering his right arm useless and sending the rest of the bones towards vital organs such as the heart and lungs. All of this happened within a matter of 2.5 seconds
As Jason saw his golems about to come into contact with the enemy he activated the next part of his plan. Stalling was the key. The dragons around the golems necks shot outwards avoiding any contact with the enemy. The dragons shot towards the enemies. One towards bird man and another towards the other man. These dragons were extremely fast. Moving at mach 10 about to get into contact with its targets in about 2 seconds. The dragons will attempt to bite into its targets and drain their strength. While this is going on Jason has to prepare for the next attack just in case.
"Summoning: Rashomon!"
Jason focused all of his energy to make walls all around his enemies while they have to deal with the golems. The walls will be on every side of them. Top, bottom, side, everywhere. Hopefully this would stall them a bit.
@condoscondos: Maxwell saw everything, inside of this arena he had the upper hand. Speaking of hands Maxwell's spear fell out of his. As soon as Theodore had touched it the weight drastically increased, when the red weapon hit the ground it disintegrated back into mana. Maxwell was only slightly thrown off balance but, his eyes in the sky allowed him to catch the throwing of the stone. He dropped to the ground thinking that it was aiming for him when in actuality it was just a distraction. Theodore moved, not in the regular way one moves but through teleportation. He began to make his hands into the shape of a gun and thrust it towards Maxwell's shoulder. Max was on the ground in a relatively large arena with indestructible stone walls that encircled the two combatants. He used earth shaker to raise a wall of stone directly in front of Theodore's attack before moving himself via bounce sigils into the air and stopping on top of an archive window. At the current moment Maxwell had complete control over earth due to his blade earth shaker and could "see" everything in the arena due to his archive windows. Theodore on the other hand had the advantage of movement in that it seemed he could jump to different items that he possessed. Maxwell took this as some sort of dimensional transportation ability and sent this knowledge to his allies. Along with that Theodore could seemingly increase the weight of object like he had with Maxwell's Spear. This put Maxwell's melee weapons at a disadvantage, Maxwell also sent this information to his allies. This thought process took nano seconds at most, Maxwell's brain worked at it's best in combat. He needed to formulate a plan for the coming fight using his gathered information. There were two ways to end this, the first was the easy way. If he closed off the top of the arena he could then send massive spikes to fill the entire thing. The problem with this plan was that Theodore most likely had a teleportation item outside the arena. Option two was the harder option, it was the only one with a high enough chance to succeed.
Maxwell started his plan.
"Missile Triple"
Three magic sigil's appeared one in front, and the two others on the sides of Theodore. They would each fire off 10 magic pulses. These only had the force of a grenade and thus wouldn't do much in terms of damage. Maxwell then waved his arms and all along the walls of the arena golden swirling rings appeared. From each of these a variety of weapons bladed weapons shot forward, each one going at Mach 2. There were about 50 weapons in total, this would fill the arena with blades. The goal of this was to get Theodore to teleport out of the arena.
It was after this that Maxwell slammed his hands into the archive window. Magic energy swirled around Maxwells hands.
"Five Layered Magic Circle Sacred Song Quintuple"
While this would require a decent amount of magic power it would be worth it. The five magic circles appeared around his body, the firing ends aimed outwards. Maxwell descended with the sigils until he was at ground level. He sent one command to his allies,<Get somewhere up high> he dropped the walls and the beams fired out wards, this wasn't the end to his assault however. He was able to predict where each beam would go and at the end of each one he placed a mirror water spell angled in a different direction. This would intake the beam and fire it out in a different direction. He repeated this process until the beams filled the quarry. Each one with a force relative to Hiroshima, anything that couldn't take that would be destroyed. It was for a few seconds only that the entire quarry was filled with this attack accept where Maxwell was standing.
Warren had had enough. He saw a dragon-like figure approaching at what would've been a fast speed if Warren wasn't hundreds of thousands of times faster. Warren had decapitated the golems, but the dragons seemed to have separate sentience. He then cut up the dragons like he would a banana that he planned to put in his oatmeal. The pieces tumbled to the ground, eventually being consumed by the sandstorm beneath. Despite the arena being engulfed in sand, Warren could see exactly where his opponent was. Warren flew at him with blinding speed (FTL) and created a shield-like construct in an attempt to bash his opponent (the speed would increase the striking power).
As Ling fell to the ground he noticed a disturbance. The golems were gone but there was still something out there but one of the disturbances left as soon as it came followed by a huge crash. He felt something coming and it was coming fast he activated his shield and quickly anticipated the attack it attempted to bite down on Ling, he jumped to the side and upwards. Ling extended his spear to the full length and slashed downward towards his target attempting to cut it half and as a just as a precaution in case it didn't land Ling used his other hand to create a flame that would cover a whole 100 yards in every direction around him hoping that it would burn the long snake like enemy.
Theodore was fighting Maxwell when a whole bunch of sigils appeared which Theodore could conclude by this point that they would be weapons when a vision disrupted his focus for a slight second. It showed his partner getting sliced by the bird man and sustaining injury. Theodore new that he had to do something about this for the fact it would happen in exactly 5 seconds. Then a bright orange aura surrounded Theodore which was a symbol showing his chi manipulation has been activating spiking his senses, and reaction time even further.
The weapons were about to hit Theodore when he teleported to his friend 3 seconds before the bird guy got there. Theodore whispered in his partners ear one word which was,"Dome." Then Theodore saw the whole thing go down in slow motion due to his sage mode, chi manipulation, and his omnichronal perception he was able to see the attack coming. Theodore reacted to the attack by vaulting with one arm off his partners back. He angled himself to counter the flying attack and attempt to throw his enemy into the ground. Simultaneously Jason clapped his hands together surrounding them all in a dome that had miraculous defensive capabilities. After the attempt to throw the bird man into the ground Theodore jumped to the dome within .0001 of a second and touched the dome and rearanged the molecules to make the dome nearly invincible trapping Jason, the bird man, and himself in the dome with minimal lighting.
@condoscondos: Maxwell wasn't in the dome and he needed to be able to see with the sandstorm. He used Earth Shaker to blow all the sand out of the quarry and erected walls around the edge to stop it from coming back in. He could see again, and now he could take care of the enemies. He sent a message to his ally saying that he was going to boost all his stats.
"Vernier, Armis, Praesidium"
His allies defense, speed, and strength would now be doubled. allowing him to survive what was about to happen.
<On my command I want you to dive bomb the arena at max speed and kill everyone. I'm going to lay down a distraction for you to gain some height.>
Maxwell drove Earth shaker into the ground, casing large chunks of stone to rise into the air. These stones began to shape into large crescent shaped blades. Maxwell sharpened the edges so that they would be able to slice through any material and arranged them to cut the dome into pieces.
<Get to the very top of the dome>
Maxwell sent the blades forward each one coming from a different side and slicing into the wood but, not going all the way through. The four blades did create a full cut around the wooden half circle and then began they flipped upwards launching the top of the wood into the sky.
To Warren's surprise, he missed. Instead of slamming into Jason, Theodore had grabbed Warren and threw him into the ground. How this had happened was beyond Warren, despite his immense intellect. A dome enveloped the area and trapped Warren with both of his opponents. Directly after that, Warren received a message from Maxwell. Maxwell spoke thus:
<On my command I want you to dive bomb the arena at max speed and kill everyone. I'm going to lay down a distraction for you to gain some height.>
<Get to the very top of the dome>
<NOW WARREN>
Warren shot upwards, pushing himself harder than ever before. He shot back downwards, aiming towards the ground. Everything was so beautiful from up there. Due to his heightened mental processing, he saw everything as though it was still. He could see Maxwell, Jason, Theodore, and even Ling; all as still as a statue. Warren realized that no one but him would survive this.
Warren raised his wings to create a shield and hit the ground. All around him, the quarry broke apart and dust was awoken. The sheer impact had caused several billion nuclear explosions, and Warren watched as his opponents, and allies alike, disappeared like snow on a hot summer day. His fate became theirs soon thereafter.
The explosion impacted the battlefield, causing mass destruction. Among the debris and rubble you may be able to see the remains of the fighters. The magic man who wielded the great spear, Gae-Bolg and the bird boy who could fly faster than light for some reason. Like damn, how? However, you could not see the remains of the other two fighters. The yellow flash and the giving tree could not be found. You see, one of the wooden clones of Jason was in fact the real Jason! The yellow flash had a stamp on him and therefore teleported out of the chaos before it was too late. The clone died in Jason's place and will always be remembered.
