New Quest Set: Ultimately Dead

i need some help with cross the line.  i have the team but i cant seem to find the volume that it is looking for.  any help/pm would be greatly appreciated.

Does anyone know what the deadline is and what the bonus is? the new quest tracker isn't as informative as the old one :(

the quest is broken for me, the spider-man P&R TPB won't let me complete the quest aaarggh.

Go to the Death of Spider-Man Story Arc page and click on the comic appearance that IS NOT ultimate Spider-man

Ultimately Dead seems to be Ultimately not working. Hit issue 160 and fallout, and the reviews of both, no joy, same on arcs, same on every issue of the storyline from prelude through fallout including the Avengers.

Ultimate End appears to be broken for me too. 
 
Tried every "Death"and "Fallout" issue and volume. Review did not work for me either.

Re: Ultimate End -- I went to the issue, I went to the review... nothing. Am I missing something super-obvious?

Good question. This one has been broke since I joined. I occasionally google it to see if it's been fixed, but sadly, it never is.
