New quest set.

  Ill Communication is the new quest set. Almost the entire quest set is up to the mods. Also it's quest set 10 of 29.

What the heck is the bit about the specific user with the specific text? 

Is it just me or are the quests starting to repeat themselfs now?
I'm sure we've done some variations on all that :(

It's not Gambler, or Aztek, and according to Lance, it's not Nobody, which leads me to believe that it's
