At SD Comic Con, I stopped going to the big media panels because of the ridiculous long wait. So Wonder Con, I was happy with the panels and artist alley. :) It wasn't crowded so I could comfortably browse and return a booth I had seen earlier. It was my first time going to Wonder Con.
Batman will never appear in Gotham so it doesn't matter when they establish the villains.
Since the show started I'd hoped they'd eventually get to a point where they had to jump ahead in time and bring in young Batman. To be honest this was one of the only things keeping me in the show. I'm not as interested in a Gotham City where Batman will never exist.
I'm a big fan off all the Comic Vine podcasts, I listen every week. but this one stood out to me, I really liked this podcast! I don't know what it was maybe it's you guys being in the same room together that made a difference? Or that the tone was lower? Maybe their was less banter and more straight reporting? (don't get me wrong though, I love the playful banter)
