Don't think so. Wolverine Origin took place before the first X-Men movie and The Wolverine took place right after X3. No time travel there.
Maybe you're thinking of Days of Future Past? That one messed up the timeline right good.

Oh, okay. I'm just gonna believe Wolverine Origin came first and than Days of Future Past might have retcon it.
Hearing "my focus changed completely when we moved to GameSpot" and "I can't find time to read comics anymore" on an ostensibly *comics* podcast is seriously disheartening. GameSpot is ruining what was a good thing and it bums me out.

Lol, I was gonna include this in my first post until it started sounding confusing but... technically Wolverine Origins is the only X-Men movie (aside from First Class) that wasn't completely erased or changed by Days of Future Past (at least I don't think it was).
Because, in DoFP they went from "the future" to "the 70s" and changed the timeline at that point. So anything that happened before "the 70s" should stay the same. So at least the old timey parts of Wolverine Origins stays the same.
