Half of me says, a life is a life. He'd be through more torture in jail. Part of me says, why even give him the gift of living? Think of all the kids who died, YOUNG KIDS who wanted to see their hero, parents, future successers all in the world, because of one man.

Institutions for the criminally insane are often a worse place to reside than actual prisons just so you know. I've been in a psych ward and that alone was not a pleasant experience. A mental institution is worse from what I hear and one for criminals is very unpleasant to stay at from what I understand.
