• But of those three id go with Monochromes, joints look clean af.

I was going to say get the Stan Smiths Originals tbh. In all honesty, there are very much over-saturated, but they look nice and have a move adult look than Superstars imo. I had Converse Ox's for about 4 years before I wore them into oblivion and currently have starred high tops which look really nice. Monochrome's are better and add more contrast (plus they are not seen as often), but IMO stan's look better when worn down than all three of the options you gave above.

Source: My sister wears the top one for going out to be fashionable. I wear the second option's cousin, high tops, for bodybuilding.
