Where are these scans from? (a lot of scans)

I found these scans from the past year, so now I really want to know where they are from. Of course I don't expect you to know where all of them are from. Just list the ones you do know (I would like the name of the trade if they're in one).

Batman vs. Metallo is from Superman/Batman Annual #3.

Martian Manhunter vs. Black Adam is from World War III #4, I think.

That Metallo pic is from Action Comics (1938-2011) #872.

The page featuring Superman killing Wonder Woman is from Superman/Batman #15.

Sand and Stargirl vs. Black Adam is probably from an issue of JSA, but I can't remember the exact issue at the moment.

That page with Parasite is from Superman (1939-2011) #700.

Black Adam killing Terra is from World War III #3.

Superman, Darkseid and the Entropy Aegis is from Superman: The Man of Steel #116.

That Parasite pic is from World's Finest #2.

Geoforce vs. Deathstroke is from DC Universe: Last Will and Testament.

That page with Superman and Darkseid is from Superman/Doomsday: Hunter Prey #2.

That page with Bizarro is either from Superman/Batman #66 or #67.

That Wonder Woman pic is from Wonder Woman (1987-2006) #221.

That last piece of fanservice is from Justice League of America (2006-2011) #14.

That's pretty much it. I don't think I've read the rest.
