Dragon Ball GT Final Bout, Its rated as one of the worst db games of all time but i grew up with it, So... Ehh :P

I really love 'Gone Home', while it received a lot of the backlash. It even made my my top indie games of all time.

@warrior100: both are good according to me , and I think people hated DMC because of reboot , well as a game it's awesome

Probably MGS2; a lot of the hate comes from Raiden being the protagonist, but it's one of my favorite games.

I legitimately quite like the FNaF franchise in general.

I don't know if that counts as a game that everybody loves or everybody hates though.

It is definitely one of those titles people are very split on. I know no one who just sort of likes it or not, either they love it or they despise it.
