21 Savage, pretty much every Broward rapper (Kodak makes some good songs, though), Uzi Vert, Yachty. . . pretty much all of those guys and anyone like them.

I'm inclined to say Kolyon, but I wouldn't really call him "whack", just. . .not my cup of tea and a bit unbearable.
