Verhoeven. In a domination. Has been fighting at a higher level for longer. He's not the best HW Kickboxer of all time, but he has fought all of the best guys, monsters like Saki and Schilt.

You don't think Vitali's experience and familiarity in kickboxing on top of having better boxing than any HW kickboxer would translate to him having a chance?

having better boxing than any HW kickboxer
There are some very good Boxers in HW Kickboxing. Vitali definitely has a better and sneakier right hand than any of them but there are some truly spectacular Boxers in HW Kickboxing. Not that that would matter here.

You mean familiarity in that shitty Kickboxing circuit. Comparing that to Dutch is like comparing a McDojo Karate school to some of the elite Karate schools? Who has he fought, that even remotely compares to the guys Verhoeven fought? Rico is not gonna engage him at Boxing distance. He will chop those legs from under him (I don't see any evidence that suggest Vitali can block them) and he will teep and body-kick the fight away.
Vitali's only chance is closing the gap and catching him.
