The best thing about such racist groups (until the advent of Daesh, this worked well with Radical Islamic groups too) is that they tend to be so radically minded that they can't even get along with each OTHER to form any sort of large organized group. Back in the Reconstruction to the Twenties (until Superman...in an odd way...destabelized the KKK in the Thirties) and their high activity during the Civil Rights Movement when they had a very active and common "enemy" they had a common goal and hard core structure and leadership. Now the "white power" racists are splintered into a variety of groups, each with their own specific agendas, goals, methods, dogma, manifestos, and structures.

I suppose the best way to put it is that racist groups tend to be their own worst enemies most of the times. This will likely work against them gaining a significant following again, or any kind of real solidarity, and being any real threat politically (which is what they REALLY want since they now know violence will only bring law enforcement, especially at the Federal level stomping down on them)
