So I just finished watching Martyrs

My God people are stupid! Every review I read prior to watching it talked about how "deep" & "thought provoking" it was & LOL.....It's not, it's just another crappy exploitation film about as deep & thought provoking as The Human Centipede. Some of the crap people call art.

Now Saw had some depth or at least a better premise than secret society who tortures girls in the hopes they might tell them about the afterlife. It's so stupid!

Did you watch the original or the American version?

The original, should I even bother with the remake?

Oh I haven't seen the remake, just checking in case it made a difference.

I too felt Martyrs was somewhat overrated, not to the degree you did by the look of it but a disappointment nonetheless considering the hype it had.

For sure but most people have stupid opinions...In my opinion.

Thought both Saw (Numbers 1 through however many they were able to squeeze out) and Martyrs was incredibly silly... So........
