What are some remixes/covers that are better than the original?

For the record, Johnny Cash absolutely rocked the song Hurt written by Trent Reznor, but I wouldn't say that it's betterthan Trent's version.  They both used the song at parts of their life where it fit them best.  Regardless, I think Hurt is one of the greatest songs i've ever heard. "

hurt is a classic. although I prefer NIN version Cash's was good too."

Cheap Trick's cover of "Magical Mystery Tour" by "The Beatles".
 
I like the Cheap Trick version more.
