What are some remixes/covers that are better than the original?
This one is, IMO.
Remixes/Covers That Are Better Than the Original
" Mad World by Gary Jules, even though the original from Tears for Fears is pretty good. "Dude...
I saw this thread and totally thought of this song.
"The Five Finger Death Punch cover of Bad Company isn't bad. "
I knew someone would say that. Orignal Bad Company takes the carrot cake imo.
" @Morpheus_: I loved the Adam Lambert cover :P "

Great minds think alike, mon ami. Did you like Donnie Darko?
For the record, Johnny Cash absolutely rocked the song Hurt written by Trent Reznor, but I wouldn't say that it's betterthan Trent's version. They both used the song at parts of their life where it fit them best. Regardless, I think Hurt is one of the greatest songs i've ever heard.
"hurt is a classic. although I prefer NIN version Cash's was good too.

For sure, I prefer the NIN version myself, i'm a huge NIN fan. I'm crossing my fingers in hoping that Trent makes a live record of his last tour like he did with And All That Could Have Been, because I wasn't able to catch the last tour, but i've seen and heard songs from Youtube, and I watched the last time they played Just Like You Imagined, it was #$%@'n amazing.
Cheap Trick's cover of "Magical Mystery Tour" by "The Beatles".
I like the Cheap Trick version more.
"Agreed..
