So I'm coming down with a cold, possibly the flu. And apart from seeing a doctor and getting medication, I realised my friends and I all have our own routines that we stick to to help us feel better. Mine is lots of earl grey tea, Indian food and Dr Pepper.

What's yours?

@tobiasPUNK: Increasing anti oxidant foods, tomato's, onions, and red berries and currents, also increase your vitamin intake and also drink plenty of fluids oh and if you have a sore throat honey and tea and dry toast.

Drink lots of water, gargle warm (borderline hot) salt water, drink some ginger tea, drink some warm brandy & honey and get some sleep.
