@laflux: Thank you a lot of other users have said the same. Sadly being assertive does not come naturally to me unless I am having an off day. I am normally very soft spoken by nature. Perhaps cultural reasons I suppose. But thank you for giving me advice on what I could do to improve.
@claymore1998: 8/10. I think you know your stuff and you present it well but I'm not sure you are confident enough all the way through some posts you make. You don't have to be right 100%, but don't apologize if someone doesn't get it or understand. That's on them.
@god_spawn: Thank you so much for the rating, friend. Specially coming from someone like you means a lot. Hehe though to clarify normally I say I am sorry I do not understand and stuff like that not because I am not confident but rather to me emotion matters more than being right. I have always been rather soft spoken by nature. The idea of tearing apart someone's argument is not something I like to do. I rather prefer if I could change someone's opinion. That's why my debating etiquette comes that way. Though there are rare occasions when I lose my calm, you have seen at least one of those in Thanos vs Superman where the user was constantly belittling others.
But once again thank you so much. Hehe I would try and rate you but it would be like an amateur cricketer trying to rate the technique of world no 1 batsman. So I shall leave it at that =)
I'm pretty damn good lol I think my only problem is making sure not to rely on my opponents for knowledge about their characters. I.e To learn the context myself.
I was in a rush, hehe. I would rank you somehwre in the 4-5 niche , tbh. You were one of the guys I studied when I decided to become a hlhalff decent debater, after cutting the trolling shit out. :P
@noobsnowman: I'll take you deleting that message as you taking back your statements. Because he is not a capable debater. And you can ask any other credible debater on CV and they will tell you the same.
@nighthunder: I deleted the post because that comment was two months ago. So I let it slide.
EDIT: I know damn well that I am an expert in DB/DBZ/DBS, and calling me atrocious is near lol-worthy because I am one of the only debaters there who don't argue out of spite unlike 95% of them. Secondly, I used to have heated arguments with him too, but I respect him based on how I see him debate. I don't give two shits about what other 'capable debaters' think, because I know that 1. they probably aren't 2. theres hardly any, on DB boards at least. That is why I prefer to stay out of DB threads.
While i'm here, i'd like to give a shout-out to @princearagorn1 and @mudamudamuda, both of whom are easily the best Naruto debaters on this site, and imo, two of the most knowledgeable debaters in general. Mad respect to you both. :)
Technically, this is the original thread and the other is a remake. Plus, they've locked this thread several times in the past and always end up unlocking it eventually. To much history in it is my guess.
