What would you do if the world ended in two weeks ?

I'm in the process of create my own Manga with a friend, but first i need to collect date/do research

Q: if you found out that the world would be ending in two weeks, what would you over the course of the next two weeks ?....be honest

Q: What do you think the general public will react ?

Q: How do you think the major religions would react ?

First of all, good luck with the manga.

Q1: Probably start killing people that I secretly never liked, b/c why not.

Q2: I imagine most people will panic and start doing all types of crazy shit.

Q3: idk, pray to God or try to get other people to believe it's all the wrath of God or w/e religious types do.

Q1: I don't know really know to be honest. Being confronted with your mortality is never easy but I've never been a wild person nor am I that way inclined. I'd want to spend it with the people I love the most. Maybe tell that special someone how I feel or something.

Q2: Mass looting/rioting. Chaos incarnate followed by widespread anarchy. Humanity would collapse in on itself.

Q3: I imagine most would want to spread a calming message. Like trying to make people feel at peace with a hope beyond that which lies ahead. Something like that.

Probably worry about how it will end. Will it be painful and so on. And probably masturbate a lot ;).

Panic, Riots, Religious fervour ect,,, I am sure there would be some good Samaritans trying to help and ease peoples worry's.

@midnightdragon18: Maybe but doubtful. Anyone with the authority and power who would have the codes and access to the launch codes and missiles/bombs are probably in the midst of a plan to escape destruction. Depending on what causes the end of the world, I would Imagine there are plans and protocols for most extinction events.

Besides you would have to be pretty cold to take away peoples last chance to make peace with themselves and loved one's.

I'd just go to a really big party with my friends and family.

People would stop caring about anything, in the least.

Most religious people would fall apart, but some would get really zealous.

1. Go on a world tour and try to see the rest of the world. Drink all the Sprite I can. Buy a gun and kill myself. Say final goodbyes to my loved ones.

2. Looting, sexual depravity in public, mass suicides.

3. Religions will try to spread their messages of either repent now or it's all fake. Cults will rise up.

I would go looting with my friends......and probably get killed in the process.

1. Make a conscious effort to bang as many chicks as I can.

2. Eat whatever the hell I want.

3. Call everybody I hate various obscenities.

1. give in to my most primal desires. Because, there really aren't going to be any consequences at that point.
2. Everyone would probably be dispersed, with half trying to be good to each other, and the other half just murdering people
3. Religions would just do what religions do I guess. Lot of praying, probably.

@soldierofel: why do you think people would loot ? wouldn't it be pointless ?

@midnightdragon18: Why not really? People would lose any sense of right or wrong and just lose their inhibitions. That shiny new car? Mine. That 70 inch, 4K tv? Mine. It wouldn't matter if it was pointless, I think it would be the fact that they had it. Even if the world was ending they still have those things they never could have brought. Material wealth often hides a sad life and I suppose it would be a coping method.

1. I'd probably try to bang all the chicks I've ever wanted to bang, maybe confess my love to someone, then I'd do some research on religion, the afterlife, etc. just to be sure about my own beliefs. I ain't ready to die so I'd at least want to die with a sense of hope that it won't all be over. If the disaster was something like a meteor or a nuclear war, i.e. something I could theoretically survive, I'd skip all that and do what I could to find a bomb shelter that I could live in (unlikely, but worth a shot).

2. It would be utter chaos. All the doomsday preppers would hide in their shelters. There'd be lots of suicide and mass exoduses. I'm sure there'd be riots here and there, too, especially around capital buildings and other government centers. I don't know how much looting would be going on, though. Would anyone really care about material things at that point?

3. They'd pray a lot and act like their prophesied "end times" were finally coming to fruition. They would probably be most at peace seeing as in their eyes things are going according to plan.

Q: Boring stuff like spend every second I could with my family, all of them I could get near anyway. Think of every enjoyable thing we could possibly do. Oh, and make sure that the rampaging idiots from Q 2 don't bother us. I'd really, really, REALLY hate to ever have to shoot someone again. Especially since we're all about to go out anyway.

Q: Mass freaking pandomonium. Looting, murders, pretty much every craven, cowardly, selfish thing people are capable of, with some folks just trying to spend their last days in peace. My folks will be in a nice, well protected safe haven btw...I've got more than enough food, water (heck even soda), and ammo for two weeks. I'd imagine there will be a lot of suicides.

Q: Hmmmm. Probably a lot of prayer vigils. A lot of last minute (weeks?) pushes for converts...which they'll probably have plenty of. Someone said it already, probably some cults will have mass suicides.

Damn, two things with suicides...that's depressing.

Hey, that might not be a horrible idea. I might try some of these drugs I've been hearing about. Not a lot, I want to be cogent with my family, but still...might be nice to find out what all the fuss was about.

1) Go to Church. I haven't always had faith in God to the fullest extent I could, so because it's near the end I'd try to find peace.

Spend time with friends and family, meet new people, enjoy myself just everything I try to do daily. Finally I'd sit on my roof with a good red wine and listening to Nelle Tu Mani and reflect on a short but worthwhile life.

Not go into work tomorrow.
