yeah I heard the sh!t Frank Mir was talking... but honestly it wasnt like he was lying... I mean everybody already knew Kongo doesnt have sh!t for a Ground Game... so to me it didnt bother me... it wasnt like Frank called him a dumbass n!##a... he just called him on what the sh!t really was... anywho... I still like Frank Mir even though he took out my boy Kongo... I was hoping Frank could have beaten Brock the second time around... but he maybe able to get him in the third encounter... Frank is a lot bigger now... and his Ground Game is still vicious as Hell

The part that caught me off-guard was Mir taking it to the ground by way of out-boxing Kongo, just like he said he would. Crazy stuff. Hopefully Mir continues to improve his striking, as it would make him one of the more versatile fighters in the division. I'd like to see him and Nog have a rematch when Nog is actually clear of staph.

Bad news for those without Versus.

Wanderlei Silva was champion at 205 for six years in PRIDE. What does Bisping have going for him? TUF? Wanderlei may be on a losing streak, but Bisping couldn't beat Wandy's last 10+ opponents. He is way out of his depth against a massively more skilled and experienced fighter. I would say Bisping is being fed to Wanderlei so he can get a win.

The card for UFC 110 is looking good. Now everyone just needs to not get injured.

Semmy Schilt fought in pride and had an even record, he wasn't that impressive.   The other two would do good if they developed a ground game..but I'd rather see peter the lumberjack aerts but he wont. "

semmy is a huge beast tho and i think he could hold his own with some of the ufc heavyweights as well  peter aerts is also badass but isn't he kind of getting old now, i haven't seem him in a while "
