Even the very very worst subs can go mano-a-mano with the regular dubs.

I don't have any difficult. Hell, I can multitask while watching subbed Anime.

They're doing it or is this a hypothetical? I think it can be great, but will most likely be sh!t.

• Get Backers has its problems. Its long-winded, the Art is the Manga version of Ed Benes (meaning its real pretty to look at, but isn't always the best for sequential format). And yes, I was partly being a fanboy. That said, Get Backers is a great character-driven manga and I think a more accurate term would be under-appreciated. And yes, I believe it to be the most Under-Appreciated Shonen Manga that I know of. I've barely ever seen anyone talking about it, which, when compared to the amazing sh!t that it is, is absolutely surprising.

  I recently just finished Kids on the Slope which is a must see for any Watanabe fan. I will say however it is different from his previous works, so watch it with an open mind.

• I think that with Square Enix pedigree with RPG games and also being the actual producer of FMA they could pull it off

I stopped watching anime some months ago because I lost interest but when I was watching Anime I was watching Naruto Shippuuden,Bleach and Fairy Tail.

I've watched and read quite a few Anime/Manga.

Favorite Manga/Anime: Death Note, Buso Renkin, Bleach

Favorite Anime Movie: Howl's Moving Castle, Akira, Princess Monoke, Spirited Away.

I stopped watching anime some months ago because I lost interest but when I was watching Anime I was watching Naruto Shippuuden,Bleach and Fairy Tail.

There's prejudice against Sports Anime by... mostly just about every living creature on earth, human or not. I'd like to mention its not a normal "popcorny" sports anime, the character development is some of the best (it may be a little slow paced because of it.)

FMA? No, I was going to but was told to just go straight to Brotherhood.

Possibly by me. I've always thought it was superior. I just recently realized people actually defend the original and claim its superior to Brotherhood, mostly because of themes and messages. The original is more of a sort of adventure, Brotherhood is more standardized action-y. Kind of hard to explain. If you liked it, you may want to watch the original. The first 20 episodes are pretty much the same thing, so that may be slightly off-putting though...
