- Critic can get help from his regular cast, but no other reviewers. If he is in serious trouble, he can get last-minute help from the Angry Video Game Nerd.

- Linkara is alone, but if the chips are down, he can get help from 90's Kid, Harvey Finevoice, or Iron Liz -- but only one of them.

- Win by death

Linkara has a spaceship and a wide array of weapons the critic can't touch. I don't think the Critic has a chance even with the nerd.

I'm not sure how much that helps, he doesn't really have any new showings in skills. Linkara also has always seemed a bit smarter than the critic as well.

I've watched some Linkara in my time, guys a timing nightmare who's inflection makes pretty much everything unfunny, depends on reading stuff in funny voices for his criticisms, goes out on plots that I have no reason to care about, self-editing in speech makes me wonder why he even tries anything rated "mature", and seems to think that artistic license only applies within certain parameters of average human body

@betatesthighlander1: Edit: Never mind, I just realized that it was supposed to be an expectation of what internet people will say to you. Yeah, internet people can be jerks. I personally disagree heavily with your opinion on Linkara, and feel that he's one of the funniest reviewers on ATGWTG, but I respect your opinion and right to disagree.

Also, with Comicron, his morphers, his magic gun, and everything else in his arsenal, Linkara is probably the superior warrior. On the other hand, if NC gets Bison's powers, AVGN, and Santa Christ to help him, then he might have a shot. Also if he gets angry enough, he can create a nuclear explosion. So I could see this one going either way.

Critic's pistol has also been shown to be able to kill fictional characters on multiple occasions. If he's a quick draw he may be able to take it fast.

@joygirl: Linkara is good with prep though. I feel that he would be able to create a counter for such a simple tactic, especially since he knows NC well and would know that he'd go for the quick and easy kill.

Lol, I'm having a hard time arguing for Critic because I do believe that Linkara should win. His prep and arsenal is simply too much better -- even with a team and the Plot behind him Critic may just not be able to pull it off.

AVGN's space-ship may come in handy towards the end though, unless Linkara's (much bigger) ship just annihilates it.

@joygirl: The only way I see Critic pulling this one out is either with the help of Santa Christ (because Linkara couldn't hurt him, and it would distract him enough for Critic to get in one perfect, fatal shot) or if Linkara's arrogance gets the better of him. I could see him playing around and with NC because he wants to pay him back for all the hell he's been put through because of NC and just keeps bugging him and bugging him until NC gets angry enough to explode like a nuke.

Linkara stomps. Better tech and combat feats.

Linkara stomps IF he takes NC seriously. Seriously, his arrogance has really screwed him over a few times. Which is part of why I enjoy the character.

On the other hand, Linkara bested the Entity. He's pretty awesome.

Seriously, we've seen how Santa Christ can reduce the ATGWTG group into a blubbering mess and pay absolutely no attention to the battle that they were in just a minute ago. This is definitely something that NC could use to his advantage.

Folks have a different taste in comedy. I like both of them, though I admit at times it seems like Doug (the critic) seems to try a bit too hard at times.

Besides, they are all about poking fun of bad comics or movies (some of such I like to be honest)

@joygirl: This is weird, I discovered Nostalgia Critic and Girl like 4 days ago and een watching it ever since. And now this?!

@cadencev2: This is an older thread actually. ^_^ I have been a big fan of Nostalgia Critic, Linkara, and Cinema Snob for nearly a year.

What about Angry Joe?

He's one of the funniest reviewers.

Linkara has better props. Plus, NC just reviews movies, which are, at worst, about 2 hours of idiocy, whereas Linkara took on Countdown, demonstrating vastly superior physical, mental, and emotional fortitude.

And finally, HE IS A MAN! (gut punches NC into oblivion).

Ugh, Linkara gets on my nerves. At points he gets so whinny, like I can probably handle 2 videos in a row. But anymore in one sitting and he makes me want to hit him.

Totally, even though in that SR4 interview it was obvious that he was just flaming and didn't look at any of the game previews.

Brad Jones is probably my favourite reviewer on the site, though.

Linkara seems to moralistic to me, The Critic will (if the chips are down) feign repentance and then give him a savage beating.

AVGN knock out Linkara with one punch.So Critic wins.
