I wont say this is the absolute order for my list or that these are all my top 100.I should do for this thread though

Having contemplated the matter, while watching the entire first season of Falling Skies yesterday, I am now ready, after 10 years, to expand my list from "Top 10" to "Top 20"

1. Seven (1995)-- "This isn't going to have a happy ending."
2. Glory (1989)-- "We runaway slaves but we come back fightin' men."
3. American Beauty (1999)-- "I don't think that there's anything worse than being ordinary".
4. Boogie Nights (1997)-- "You know this is the film I want them to remember me by."
5. Fight Club (1999)--"It's only after we've lost everything that we're free to do anything."
6. The Fountain (2006)--"Death is the road to awe."
7. The Brothers Grimm (2005)--"Well, the music seems to have turned horribly French."
8. Memento (2000)--"We all need mirrors to remind ourselves who we are."
9. O Brother, Where Art Thou? (2000)--"You dont' say much my friend, but when you do it's to the point, and I salute you for it."
10. Dark City (1998)--"It seems you have discovered your unpleasant nature."

@Liberty: Seven is an oppressively dark film, but one that is well-written, well-performed, and well-directed. It's a real pleasure to see so many creative people bring their "A" game to such a brutal story. It's not for everyone, & I absolutely do not recommend you watch it with your son.
