Leg workout, Shoulder workout, Thigh workout, Back workout since can't use the gym I workout at home
@staticdwanyemcduffie: Well, I'm not an expert on all workouts or even know what they all are, but... I've used p90x before and that's a really good workout. You could look into that and see if it's what you want.

I have bloated abs but i think you should do planks everyday day
Crossfit is for people who want to take the train to snap city
Yup
Riding the L5 express all the way down
You can get a copy of Convict Conditioning pretty cheap. A lot of people have great success with that. I believe all that's required is a chin-up bar. Greg O'Gallagher has a bodyweight program at his Kinobody website. I personally didn't care for it, but I don't really care for bodyweight work beyond chin-ups and dips. If you're morbidly obese and/or have never really worked out before just walk. Every damn day, for at least an hour, just walk. Eat less crap and more 'good' whole food. When you feel like walking is not enough and you have lost enough weight to rethink it then you should look into something else. When you find your program stay with it for at least 3 months -- no changes, no tweaks, and no new programs.
If you can join a (real) gym go with Mehdi's Stronglift's 5x5 or Rippetoe's Starting Strength. Either plan is fantastic for a beginner, but you need a barbell. This is what I recommend for every man everywhere unless there are REAL reasons they can't lift like this. This is good for women too, but a lot of women have trouble even getting started.
Forget that ab workout bullshit. You might need to do something directly to your abs, but most likely you need to lose fat before they're even visible enough to know if they need direct work. Get heavy on overhead presses and you'll have abs, no doubt. Get to high reps on pushups, pull-ups, and other bodyweight exercises and you'll have abs for sure. Just walking briskly with proper posture helps build abs. But the body fat percentage needs to be too low enough for them to pop.
There's so much conflicting information out there that you need to stay with the first good thing for at least 3 months before you even look at any other information. I can not reiterate this point enough.
If you want better advice this really isn't the forum for it. But provide your current stats, current physical condition (including what you've done in the past), and your goals to get more than just a lot of people [rightfully] pooping on crossfit. I gotta say though, what that crap does for some women makes it's existence worth other people being injured...
I still don't know what Crossfit is. Oh well, I'll find out some day.
It's basically compound and olympic lifts done with light weight (re: useless) as fast as you can, as many times as you can until you get rabdo
@staticdwanyemcduffie: SS+GOMAD

LMAO I DID THAT LAST NIGHT
you gotta get a membership dude, you can't make gains at home. it'll save you hours of fooling around at home. once you get a membership
Stronglifts 5x5, Starting Strength 3x5, Candito Linear Program, etc.
You could just buy a pull up bar and do squats, pullups, pushups and crunch variations at home for cheaper though.
There's no such thing as a good work out
You need to have goals or at least an aim to define a good work out
For example a good work out for endurance would not be a good workout for bulking etc etc
If your training for a sport or something you need to have some realistic goal
@staticdwanyemcduffie: trying to build muscle or cut ?

Both
@staticdwanyemcduffie: trying to build muscle or cut ?
Both
Be prepared for it to take a good while - building quality lean muscle isn't impossible but it does take time, so a strong mindset is paramount
Check out the works of Vince Gironda (if you can find them) for aesthetics
Definitely incorporate squats and deadlifts, these will increase strength & alter your metabolism so that cardio is unnecessary
Steak & eggs diet

Alright because I am already cut
That's ok then; you won't need to be so strict with your diet

Also for the diet what should it be like? Like I eat eggs twice a day?
This link explains it quite well; it sounds a little bland - but it's fun to try
I found it worked ok for me - I managed to put on weight & stay lean
@staticdwanyemcduffie: the only way you can do both at the same time is you use "cell tech"

For working on your abs, get on a gym mat, lay flat on your back (you could probably put a gym roll like a pillow behind your head), put your arms by your sides, put your legs together, bending them up (pointing your knees towards the ceiling), point your knees towards your chin, and repeat as many times as you can, but, don't allow your feet to touch the floor, during these exercising; basically, this is like a reverse sit up; do about 3 reps; I usually do 3 reps of 30 (and increase from there); and, trust me, this really works; follow up with some planks (stay in the plank position for 30 seconds to a minute), at the end of each rep; also, buy the Fit Series by Stephanie McMahon, once you've done these at least 30 days, to get up to them and in tone shape (she shows you a number of good ab exercises in that video); the Fit Series by Stephanie McMahon, while a beginning for athletes, is pretty advanced, as it requires some balance and dexterity to implement; for my recommendation, all credit goes to Mike Chang, I believe, of Six Pack Shortcuts on YouTube; I tried this, and it really focuses directly on your abs and reduces belly fat relatively quickly, while it's also relatively easy to do (e.g. while it's easier to do than 30 sit ups, later on, after the exercises, your ads/stomach will feel much more worked or tight); and, after you've warmed up to the Stephanie McMahon video, you can try the Rap Video exercises by Shaun T, as that one is really surprisingly advanced, as it requires lots of balance and dexterity.
