I think the reboot took what was good about the first 4 parts and made a reasonably engaging film. I think it may be my favorite overall.

Part 2, 4 or 6 would be my favorite from the original continuity.

Jason X is a masterpiece of modern cinema, the thematic sequel to 2001: A Space Odyssey.

I like the ones with Tommy Jarvis in it, also Jason X the reboot wasn't that bad

Part 6 is the best with the introduction of Zombie Jason. The original is boring as sin.

I wonder if people voting for the first one realize that Jason wasn't in it.

I would like the reboot more, if it wasn't for that grotesquely long sex scene.

@jonny_anonymous: they're probably voting for it because it's the original, people tend to do that. Personally, I think it's one of the most boring of all the films in the franchise.

Friday the 13th pt VI: Jason Lives..Ccome on thats a classic..And Jason wasn't a big lumbering mash potatoes looking Frankenstein zombie..He was a more methodical smooth moving zombie...Zombie Jason really went downhill after this point..And Jason X and Jason goes to hell leaped the shark.
