Do you find piercings attractive?

Body piercings, face piercings, gauges. Do you find that kind of thing attractive?

All of them have become quite popular around where I live. Personally, I am kind of grossed out by most of them but a lot of people seem to find them attractive. What do some of my fellow viners think?

I'm fine with ear piercings, but not really anywhere else.

Not really. Save for ear piercings, I don't find them attractive on any level (or any body part, for that matter), for either gender.

I personally don't like them much, but it has more to with my personal philosophy than a lack of attractiveness.

I'm fine with eyebrow rings.

A ring in one side of the nose is okay.

I find gauges to be distracting. All I end up thinking about is what their ear would be like if you took it out.

When it comes to studs though, I start having a problem. It's all my own hang-ups; probably some kind of OCD thing. I have the same problem with dark moles or beauty marks on faces. It just bugs me for some reason.

Pierced tongues i can hang with, but they're like high heels and thongs. I keep thinking about how uncomfortable they'd be for me and it CAN end up bugging me a little.

Again though, it's all through my own hang-ups so I'd never tell anyone not to get them if they wanted to.

I hate people with excessive piercings.

Edit: Not hate, but it creeps me out.

Piercings, tattoos, body augmentation. I don't find any attractive.

I have no problem with traditional ear piercings (single piercing in lower lobe) , a single ear piercing at the top of the lobe (one ear) or the outside of the eyebrow (only one).

But don't find thongs, pumps, excessive make-up, excessively groomed eyebrows, fake boobs, excessive tats or plastic surgery attractive either. Actually those are more of a deal breaker for me.

I particularly hate to see a person in a thong and wearing pumps. The 1980's were difficult for me.

Not a big fan of nylons either. Especially when combined with thong and pumps. Oh those 1980's.

I find earings and/or somewhat stretched ears cool. but if its bigger than a double zero than I don't like it.

Extremely. The only ones I dislike are the huge ear distentions, and sometimes the more large/severe facial piercings (like the ones that go through the bridge of your nose). But as a general rule, piercings, particularly nipple piercings, are a huge turn-on for me.

I'm not a fan of excessively large gauges. Other than that, I'm ok with whatever. I guess moderation is the key.

Ear rings seem good, anything more than that is repelling..

I have two gauges, and I will not go any bigger, also a stud in the left side of my nose...... I like girls with a few piercing as long they don't have over board....... There nothing hot about a woman with like fifty seven piercings in her face.

my brother and his wife have stretched ears but there at 0s. my brothers ear lobes are to thin to size up more, but my sister in law is going to 00s. Ehh this is weird kinda but i think girls can put a thousand holes in there ears and i dont mind, but i dont care for lips and nose piercings. and I really dont like eye brow rings!

I'm not a fan of all the inner ear ones (industrial, rook, anti-whatever, tragus, snug) either. ANYWHERE else is super attractive to me (; Anywhere.

Sometimes I like Septum piercings but thats about it.

At the right places, yes. Like in a "C" place a lot of pornstars have pierced.

Not a fan of piercings, unless it's just a single ear piercing or something like that. Facial piercings dont really appeal to me, and will probably turn me off of someone.

When it comes to facial piercings, it depends mostly on the quantity in one area. Everything else doesn't bother me much.

I can put up with smallish gauges, but you get to the point where i can put my thumb through it and it gets gross.

It depends on the location of the piercing, the number of piercings, and the person.

Piercings just don't suit some people.

Well then, I have news for you...

I like large, heavey chains that go from nose to nipples to groin. MMMM, very aesthetically pleasing. The heavier the better.

I'm cool with ear, belly button, and nipple piercings. I don't mind face piercings when they're in moderation and thoughtfully placed, I'm pretty indifferent when it comes to vagina piercings, and I'm not a fan of tongue piercings.

Depends, really, on how they re, and how much.

Too much piercing is kinda unnerving to me. But or two in the right spot can be quite sexy. (Navel, tongue, lips, even nose.)

And, while it make me look like a double standard guy, I prefer women with it than men. Maybe it's because I assimilate piercing with something sexual, and that I'm definitely straight.

My ears are pierced, three on each but I only use the bottom two since I could never get used to the studs on the higher placed ones when I slept. Just too uncomfortable and they have since healed over.

I do have a navel ring - getting it had more to do with being with two friends who were getting it done and me just going for it. I like it, I find it cute but that's about as far as I would take it since I have metal allergies and pure 18k gold is all I can handle.

It depends on the person -- some look good - some don't -- but like all things to do with physical appearance, it's subjective. The above pictures of the two ladies are a good illustration but I am aware of a lot of people who find the one on the left as really attractive. It doesn't put me off if a guy has piercings, most have their ears pierced where I am anyway. Makes gift giving easier. :)
