I've been told this is a bit weird but I enjoy sucking the marrow out of chicken bones after I've taken of all the meat, "actually chicken" ftw.

I love marrow but I've never had chicken marrow, only cow, elk & horse.

@killerforhire: Nice, I've never actually had elk or horse meat let alone elk or horse marrow. I should get around to trying it.

Horse isn't very flavorful, it's just to lean but if you do it up just right it's pretty good.

With bones is the only way to eat chicken imo.

when meat surrounds bone....it is always better (Ribs, Porterhouse, etc).
