Best Battlefield game?

Bad Company 2 is hands down the best.

Like I said, the first one. If 1942 was the first thats what im referrign too. It was WW2.

Bad Company 1 for campaign. Bad Company 2 for multiplayer.

I'm surprised battlefield 2 hasn't got any votes yet. That game is usually considered the best Battlefield.

Okay but that doesn't change the fact that Bad Company 1 had a very entertaining and well put together single player campaign. The idea that single player doesn't matter is a wee bit daft. It adds more content and when done well, will have you coming back for more on days where you don't feel like playing multiplayer.

It's definitely Bad Company 2. The multiplayer was amazing and flawless. I've also played 1943, BF3, a bit of BF4, and Hardline. The one that came closest was BF3. The worst I played was Hardline. I can't believe I paid full price for that piece of shit game. It is one of the few games I truly regret buying.

I also really liked BF 3 & 4 in fact I've decided to go back and play some BF4 on my PS4 and it's still fun.

I never played Hardline, heard it wasn't that good though.

Wow, lots of praise for Bad Company 2. I guess I'm lucky that that was the one that I played.

Vietnam, by far the most fun. Bad Company 1 and 2 were good but did not leave as much of an impact. 3 was meh and 4 was bad.

I actually really loved 3 and 4. In fact I've been going back to Battlefield 4 and have been playing it and Star Wars Battlefront 2015 back to back and I honestly have to say that Battlefield 4 is so much better than Star Wars Battlefront 2015 on so many levels it's not even funny. The only thing Star Wars Battlefront 2015 does better than Battlefield 4 is the graphics and sound, everything else Battlefield 4 completely destroys Battlefront 2015 at.

Funny enough I never actually played Hardline, but I've heard it wasn't that good.

But, I think it's universally accepted that Bad Company 2 is the best in the series.

Nnnyeah. It was more worthy of being a DLC for Battlefield 4 than it's own game.

Actually Battlefield 2 is usually considered the best but Bad Company 2 still gets a lot of praise.

Well the game wasn't actually made by DICE but by Visceral Games (The same people who made the Dead Space franchise), though I think DICE gave them a hand in making it.

But yea it didn't really look that interesting to me honestly, and when I saw the scores the game got I thought I'd skip it.

Let's just say, it adequately filled the gap left by the lack of a boots-on-ground Call of Duty in 2015.

It's small maps, mediocre graphics, fast paced arcadey gameplay flow and lack of skill made it more akin to a Call of Duty game. And since Activision didn't release a boots-on-ground Call of Dutys in 2015, EA filled the spot nicely with Battlefield Hardline.

I couldn't put Bad Company 2 down back when it was hot. Hopefully BF1 can capture that same magic.

I still play bad company 2 frequently. I love it to death. Especially the jabs the castle makes at call of duty. And the multiplayer. It helped me be a good sniper, to bad I forgot how to do that after a long absence
