It would be close between Batman and Batman Begins, but Id probably go with Begins. You'd have to force me to watch BvS.
Batman Begins is way better than Batman '89 and Batman vs. Superman. Batman '89 feels choppy, and Batman vs. Superman is a mess.
@static_shock: i was wondering when someone was going to point that out.
Batman Begins.
BvS has the best Batman. All the Batman scenes in BvS beats Batman Begins.
Sorry Batman Begins...
Batman v. Superman had the most badass Batman scenes, and the greatest depiction of Batman, although Bale's Bruce Wayne and Batman beats Batfleck in every other conceivable area: character development, journey, attachment between audience and being the focus of the film.
@entropy_aegis brought up a good point on another thread, about this movie. You could mistake Batman Begins as a mediocre film if you look at it at surface level, 11 years since it's release. But Begins is not just great for the same reasons that The Winter Soldier or Iron Man are good, for being well-made superhero films; Begins is great for impacting the superhero genre, and impacting filmmaking.
It impacted Casino Royale, Iron Man, The Incredible Hulk, Terminator: Salvation and Genisys, Star Trek 1&2, X-Men: Origins Wolverine, X-Men: First Class, Rise of The Planet of The Apes, Skyfall; hell, Arrow. Not all of those films are necessarily great, but for the filmmakers to have drawn inspiration from this source is telling of how respected this movie is in the industry. Oh, and almost forgot The Amazing Spider-Man.
For that, Batman Begins is a really good movie. If not great.
@thefemalebat: In what ways did it inspire those movies?

This is not me coming to a conclusion that they were inspired by Begins. The filmmakers and actors behind these movies themselves cited Begins as an inspiration.
Begins, very easily. The first hour of Begins is probably the best filmmaking ever done in a superhero film.
I'm not sold on Affleck being the best Batman so far.... Sorry, but not sorry. It's decent. That's about it. That voice modifier crap was a turn off, though.
Begins. I'm insulted that you think these two movies are comparable
These three* movies
Batman (1989) was trash. And people think Keaton was one of the best? Pft. He's a great actor but that wasn't one of his highlights. Lets be real.

Hahahahaaha.
By the way, I'm not laughing at you. I'm laughing at the people who regard Keaton as THE best Batman. And believe me, there are people. He is not even Top 2 material (Bale and Batfleck). He's Top 3 through. But that's only because the rest (Kilmer and Clooney) were garbage.
Batman Begins
BvS
Batman 1989
I agree! Bingo!
BUT from an enjoyment standpoint, BvS is the most entertaining. But I agree with your ranking.
One movie sucks across the board, another also sucks but has enjoyable performances, and the other one is one of the best CBMs of all time.
