New 'All-New, All-Different Marvel' Teaser Addresses Missing X-Men and Fantastic Four Characters

Last night we saw a promo for Marvel's sort of reboot happening later this year. There were some familiar faces as well as certain characters that seemed to be missing. The big question everyone had was, what about the X-Men and Fantastic Four?

A second promo image has arrived and check out the "new" and returning characters.

As you can see, the Thing is now part of the Guardians of the Galaxy?!? It also looks like X-23 is continuing to honor Wolverine by wearing a version of his costume. It looks good on her. The colors are better suited for her than Logan. Speaking of Logan, what the heck is Old Man Logan doing there?

Who's that flying person in the upper left? Daredevil has a new costume? Doctor Strange is making prescriptions with a battle axe? And Citizen V? Oh yeah!

I don't know about you, but I'm getting excited.

Marvel sent out a press release listing some of the creators that will be on board this fall.

Marvel Comics, the home of the greatest Super Heroes of all time, introduces a new direction for the Marvel Universe. This is All-New All-Different Marvel!

Excited to see Hyperion and not sure about the DD costume.

I'd say X-23 looks ridiculous, but this is comics so that's kind of a good thing.

I hope this means we may be getting a Hyperion book.

Old Man LOgan yeah¡¡¡

I loved everything, looking foward to it. I have hopes that Gamora, Groot and Drax returns too, and also I really want a Venom series, they need to develop Thompson after his power boost (And he is also returning soon in two titles in the Battleworld, one of them have to go back in the new universe).

I think the person on the upper left was the green lantern analog from the New Avengers arc where the fight Justice League Stand-ins.

No! I'm actually excited about Doctor Spectrum from the Great Society(here's to hoping she's not the only character from that team to make it into the the Marvel U), but no for īńç4s sake no to X-23!

Is Marvel changing ALL of their prominent characters into females? Don't get me wrong. I'm actually ok with X-23 becoming the next Wolverine. It is NATURAL and MAKES SENSE unlike Thor-Girl.

They've already hinted at Hulk having his mantle given to a female. Is Spider-man next on their list or something?

Maybe it's Deadpool? Probably not but looks about as handsome as Wade.

@rememberyhorse: I think that is Doctor Spectrum from Squadron Supreme (which is basically Marvel's version of the Justice League and DS is the Green Lantern analogue)

While I am glad that the Fantastic Four will have some presence the rest worries me. The two Wolverines (they really should have used the Gwen Stacey Wolverine costume for Laura) does not guarantee the Xmen's presence, just Wolverine (because Wolverine is god and the Xmen are his sidekicks apparently) and the Daredevil costume looks a lot like the Shadowland one which might mean a "superior" Daredevil.

Karnak has returned from the dead and seemed fine. I don't think it's him.

Dardevil's costume is looking like a mix of his Shadowland one and sorta like the Noir.

Glad to see Fantastic Four and X-Men characters here. Secret Wars has been pretty awesome so far, looking forward to what comes next. Also X-23/Wolverine looks awesome!

B-but, b-but, I like Laura's All-New X-Men look. Can't we just call her Wolverine while wearing that costume?

Thing is joining the Guardians, Sue has become a full-fledged SHIELD agent on Coulson's team, Johnny is dating Silk and Reed... Hmmm. So, what happened to the FF?

Johnny's not dating Silk. They just had the one date. Read the Free Comic Book Day issue. He's going to be hanging out with the Inhumans and there was that big old smooch on the last page.

Well, technically the Fantastic Four are no more (the team members will be in different settings) and the X-Men team doesn't seem to exist after Secret Wars... Except for the delayed Uncanny No. 600 issue.

I agree. I knew Laura would become the new female Wolverine. It makes sense, and perhaps Old Man Logan is her teacher/sensei. That might be interesting. Not sure what to think of Ben Grimm as one of the GotG. Might be pretty wicked, especially the dialogue between him & Rocket.

Glad that Daredevil is going back to the darker, Miller-style appearance and roots. Never liked Waid's take on the Man Without Fear. A definite improvement in my opinion.

Dr. Strange... with an ax? That doesn't make sense. I mean, he's the Sorcerer Supreme. His spells and enchantments are his weapons. I guess it's one of those "wait and see" kind of deals.

Of course people will hate on me for saying this, but this is a mess.....

Still lame, is no't the precense of two Wolverine and the black costume of the Fantastic who make me buy Marvel again.

You know what, I'm cool with X-23 being Wolverine. I mean I would have liked if Jimmy Hudson came over and took over would have been interesting. I'm surprised to see Wolverine back technically Old Man Logan. I'm very VERY curious to see how Old Man Logan will react to X-23, Daken (IF he still around), Jimmy (IF he makes it and comes over). Should be interesting to see an alternate version of his clone, & son or sons. I also like Daredevil's costume looks cool.

I wonder how many of these teasers they going to do? Are they going to be a villains version of these teasers? I'm thinking if they do a villains variant of this, it might have Doctor Doom in Iron Man's place.

Also, I hope Bucky makes it.

Irrelevant. All of those characters' film rights are owned by Fox. By the conspiracy theorist's logic, we wouldn't see them at all.

@drellassassin: Also I'm pretty sure Marvel knows, Fox owning the rights or not, Wolverine in any form sells so they'll come up with something like the Inhuman Terrigennesis cloud is only deadly to mutants without healing factors so X-23, Sabretooth, and Old Man Logan can stick around.

Kinda peculiar that Iron Man has been in both images. Maybe there's two of them?

Have you read his book? It's the most profane comic I've ever read that wasn't a Vertigo or Max title.
