Iron Man weakness?
He's shielded against EMPs, at least as written in his own book. Outside his book EMPs take him out just fine.
Yup, pretty much. Basically he's vulnerable to whatever his armor can't compensate for, like Brute strength of powerhouses and magic/reality warping/molecular manipulation. But at the end of the day Tony's true weakness and greatest threat will always be himself.
Sometimes his Ego is his weakness but there is not greater weakness then ALCOHOLISM. But any EMP or any device that could shut down his armor doesn't work so he doesn't have any special weakness.

Agreed. I always liked that Tony's weakness comes from himself.
@amazingfantasy: He really is something when you have a weakness that can't be used against you except if you don't fight against yourself.
@westfriesianman: He has added demagnetizing agents to his armor long ago and can use energy manipulation to cancel out magnetism. Marvel just seems to forget.
This is the correct answer:
Bendis
Russo-force Captain America.
Fixed.
@youngkaiser: Thank you.
@krleavenger: No prob. :)
For early Iron-Man - lack of an electrical plug:
Alcohol is a definite weakness:
Ultron:
Ultron has taken over his armor multiple times and even literally made a woman out of him:
PymTron manhandles Iron-Man and the Hulkbuster armor too:
Iron-Man's armor has been crushed before
Magic - several times Iron-Man has fell to magic
