why is killer croc always jobbing

this is something that has always that has always been annoying me. how is croc who on paper should be well above cap and batman. loses to somewone like aaron cash and two face it makes no sense. the writers have to be high if they write that croc can be choked by two face. hell, he should not be even able to apply in the slighlest enough pressure to do that. the sheer PIS levels are sickining.

In the comics, most of the time he is depicted as a human with a skin condition and sharpened teeth. They tried to amp him up physically and reduce his brains to keep him in line with human heroes. Sometimes the writers remember they did that. But not always.

This is why I like unrealistic New 52 croc more. He was a beast in the Batwoman books, as he should be.
