Hey sometimes I like a good story with my Hentai. I am avid collector of both anime and hentai. I can tell you that I always enjoy the stories that hentai sometimes give no matter how ridiculous it could get sometimes. I mean regular Adult Movies are always so fake, At least with hentai I can get a little more than just sex, a plot to me beats any regular adult video. I like a little story with my smut. Though I will admit there is a bit to much rape for my tastes.

I think people are generalizing what Hentai is. Not every thing in Hentai is what most people here refer to.

Myself, I like some of it, I am a fan of it as much I am a fan of regular adult filmography, so I don't regularly watch either (I do it very rarely). Still, most times I do prefer adult animation to adult filmography. It's very funny (yeah funny), some actually make me laugh more than comedy movies. Also, there's plenty of variety, more than regular stuff. but that's just me, I guess most people don't like, I donno

but people at Anime Vine post that stuff on the site? that's weird, Ive been there a couple times, never saw that. And also it's probably against regulation

Another aspect of hentai that I find creepy is that it's drawings. And all this stuff about being an art form may be true for some but a lot of people are probably getting it because they think it's hot lol. I don't get people that find drawings or cartoons hot. They're not real people, but hey that just a personal preference it's probably not even weird statistically. I'd probably be in the minority with my opinion on the matter. I just find it kind of creepy but their not doing anything wrong. Go for it, if it's your cup of tea.

@Vortex13: For me personally I enjoy animation to its fullest. No matter if its aim for adults or not, I always found animation intriguing. Like any other piece of animation, some hentai is drawn very well while others are not worth the paper they were printed on. I can understand why it is not for everyone, but like you said it is personal preferences and all that jazz. I like to watch the adult stuff as well as the stuff aim for kids. My gripe has always been with the people who always label Cartoons/Anime as stuff just for kids.

@blackwolf0925: I wasn't saying I didn't enjoy animation, I do, quite a bit actually. My point was people who find cartoon characters sexy and fantasize about them, that is the part I don't get. I love anime, not the pornographic stuff it's just not my cup of tea. Now when you get people dressed up at cons as the characters from animated show's or comics, that I totally get lol.
