@apex_pretador: The story did make it seem like it. I would agree with androids 16, 19 and 20 not being able to since they aren't normal ki users. Androids 17 and 18 just might not know a strong enough ability to bust a planet.

Also I personally don't have androids 19 and 20 stronger than Frieza, but they're definitely stronger than his first form that busted planet Vegeta so I guess that's irrelevant, lol.
