Out of the ones given? Frieza. Assuming Goku still doesn't exist, we are just another world to be conquered, we could even negotiate some kind of tribute to 'pay' for our planet. Small chance, but better than nothing assuming we don't piss him off.

Any possible ones? Tons of them would be fairly good, honestly. From characters like Doom (although his ego would annoy me), too various sci-fis. Becoming part of the Galactic Republic, for example, would be rather nice, I would imagine. Even the Galactic Empire wouldn't be so bad given that we are humans so the discrimination doesn't effect us directly. Gods, even the Imperium of Man wouldn't be bad, pay your taxes and make sure your planet gives its Imperial Guard Tithe and no one cares what you do.

This. Unlike most Doom only ever tried to conquer the world because he wants to make it a utopia for everyone. The guy even looked threw all alternate realities and the only one he could find that had achieved it was one he was ruling over. So i vote for Doom.

Being 'lorded' over by the Galactic republic of Starwars would probably be the most painless conqueror. I mean they probably wouldn't be looking to exterminate us for one thing and we might actually be allowed to keep a semblance of planetary independence.

There are plenty of relatively benign rulers in various Sci-Fi. Also plenty that would strip mine the planet and leave it a husk. Personally, I'll go for 'Late Night Sin-a-Max' Venutians.

Doom he looks after his people earth would be more advanced we would have cosmic entities as are army we would rule the universe. Sure a bit of martial law but life would be great everyone else we just ensalved or killed.

Harada(valiant) he wants wars to end and sending world a right, it is his method that makes me not support him, but if he already conquered the world.
