Vision has still yet to realise the mind gem's full potential. He can barely control gem's powers as it is now and all he really do is shoot yellow beams. Strange has the time gem, which is has a serious amount of hax and is wielded by the scorer supreme
On another, I think the power of the stones vary depending on the user. Only certain people seem to be able to draw out a stone's true power. For instance, Malekith could easily control the reality gem while Jane was being consumed by it.
