Does Gintoki count? He is a human with no powers and no enhancements, but he is superhumanly strong because of training.

I'm under the impression that anyone without powers or enhancements is allowed. For example, Roronoa Zoro should count, but Batman wouldn't.

@thekinfing: I'm going to have to agree with midnight, I legitimately think batman takes steroids or some kind of enhancements. That doesn't go against his batcrazy morality and he's always talking about every advantage to stop criminals and crap.
