Who is the most powerfull character (below 100 tons)?

So who is the most powerfull character (comic book or manga) that cant exceed 100 tons?

I would say Black Bolt or Magneto.

If it's just about muscle power, Ironclad is just below that and always gave some trouble to Hulk himself. If he increases his mass, then i think he outclasses the 100t. range, but at his normal stage he's a tough "barely"below 100t. guy.

Karnak, he can even physically hurt Juggernaut.
