DC has more pure peak humans..Who achieved such through hard work.Marvel has more enhanced Humans..Who achieved such through steroids, Mutations, Magic items etc...So its pretty clear that DC does a better job of writing peak humans.
DC have more peak humans achieving the level through training, Marvel have more achieving the level through enhancements/experiments
DC because most of them didn't need some kind of mutation or mystical nonsense. I love characters like Batman, Cass, etc.

Well DC has more peak humans in the sense that most of Marvel's street levelers are enhanced in one form or another.Marvel still has better street levelers imho
No one because "peak human" is just a fantasy term used to avoid admitting Green Arrow(for example) is more superhuman than Superman....
