Who did it better - Cap or Arrow?

Arrow is a lot more impressive

Blocking a projectile and then getting knocked out by it is much less impressive than pulling out an arrow, drawing and firing it in the time it takes a grenade to reach you.

Arrow but in both instances wouldn't of been better to just dodge the grenade?

Then the grenade would have hit the wall or floor around them.

In the Cap scene the grenade would most likely hit the car, both Steve and Nat should be able to avoid the blast. What Steve did was effectively BFR himself. In the Arrow scene it would what, hit an empty building at the end of the lot? Oliver shooting it caused an explosion which disoriented Sara and himself.

Arrow shot it in midair. He nocked an arrow, drew back and shot a grenade before it even reached him. That is awesome! CA's feat was just blocking it which takes less skill.

On the face of it, Arrow by far.

I'm gonna poop on it however. Shooting that 208 round like that wouldn't have detonated it. Awesome draw, aim, shoot, and hit though. :)

Also, a fact about Cap's shield (I know it's dictated by plot, but still...)...it can take the full force of Thor's hammer and not budge Cap (because it absorbs all energy), but a grenade will send him flying back scores of feet? Tsk, tsk.

I thought Cap-Wank would go into all threads involving the Arrowverse guess I was wrong Arrow was way more better

Arrow. Come on, he did something that no real archer could even dream of.

i honestly think Cap could of dodged it but he didn't want it to hit someone....still though. Olli intercepted it and thats just awesome
