Basically this from AOU.
Only movie characters live action. The person tanking the attack can use shields or force fields or just their body.
I'll start
- DCEU Wonder Woman with her shield
- DCEU Doomsday
- Fox Magneto with his shield up

@emperorxhadesx420: A city as big as Moscow cant be evacuated in less than ten minutes and millions cant fit on an helicarrier. Thor is not city level he is piece of land level. Cities are bigger than 10-20 blocks right?

Then not many.

@never_give_up: Could you, please, stop lowballing?
@never_give_up: Pretty sure Thors strongest attack is when he One Shot the DESTROYER... A Celestial busting Beast .. With a Giant Tornado chargeup

Why are people so mad at Thor destroying a city tho ??
It´s not like he can do that casually, he needed Tony to redirect his power and prevent it from escaping the city, still some people are mad about it.......anyway.
There are some people who I think would be able to tank the Sokovia attack:
- DCEU Doomsday
- Apocalypse (Fox) with his shields
- Ronan with the power stone
- Vision
And some other future characters who I think will/should have durability enough to tank it:
- Surtur
- Thanos
hulk

@never_give_up: yes
You can''t be serious at all.

lol true, and that was just a part of the city.
Anyways, pointing out some things I don't think can tank it.

MCU celestials are nowhere near marvel celestials (universal). They need the power gem to even eradicate the surface of the planet.
Without the gem, I think they are country lvl at best, plus there is no reason to believe the destroyer > Celestial. And Thor defeated the destroyer by strategy, not one-shotting.
@never_give_up: You know for someone who admitted he hates Thor, you sure seem to enjoy making a lot of threads about him.
None can. That attack devastated a city the size of Moscow or Mexico City. Impressive.
What? According to what? Sokovia was a 2km wide city.
DECU Superman.
Come at me.
Thing is, it's true, but people will be mad anyway.

If that were true, it wouldn't be constantly brought up in the context of a battle. I've said it for a long time: even if Thor were capable of independently city-busting (which I doubt), it is not applicable to a battle where his opponent(s) will be constantly attacking him while he "charges" his attack. The problem is that people play it off as if it's a consistently repeatable feat that can be used in combat.

I do agree with you in that regard, people should not bring this up in a battle because it´s not like Thor did it casually, there were several factors playing a part in that scene.
MCU:
Fox:
DCEU:

When did I saw that I hated him?
Or maybe it was how the fans portray him.
