who can lock post

ok how do u get the right to lock post because i want to lock a post but i can not can only certain people lock post

@sistergrimm2099: Only mods and staff have the power to lock a thread. If you'd like a thread deleted or locked simply tag a mod and they'll get around to doing it when they can.

@sistergrimm2099: Actually it looks like the users I thought weren't moderators are technically still labeled as such so the Contact the Moderators link should be okay as well.
