He's really not that bad......But he can really get Emo when he wants to be. Hell, Zombie Spider-Man ate Aunt May and Mary Jane.......and then felt bad about doing it.
I absolutely love the character and in the small sections during NoMan's Land where we actually got to see some of his life in Santa Prisca i was gripped...
the idea of such a brute of muscle like Bane, who has so many ambigous background stories and legends based around him, i would love to actually see a series or a mini series based around him and his past...
it would have to be written by Greg Rucka of course, noone else has ever done the character justice in my eyes

For me I would like to see a Dr. Doom, Kingpin, Taskmaster, Deathstroke, Luthor. Used to think Magneto would be great in his own title as well, not so sure now :\ I think Norman has outlived his welcome in the last few months..... I like the Suicide Squad and Thunderbolts but there are some that just don't fit those groups. I would also like to see a revamp of the classic Super-Villain team-up books.

I love Mr. Negative. Best thing to come from BND. I would read a book about him. His mini was pretty awesome.
Earth-1610 Ultimate I'd like to see a good Red Skull story. I'd eat that up. Something new and interesting. With images like the one to the left here. No huge arc just a one shot thing like with the Joker, the Fury MAX, or Barracuda MAX.
