Tarzan vs Kraven...THE BATTLE OF FASHION!

The Savages. Personally if I were to write a What If/Elseworlds crossover comic, it'd be one where Steve Rogers and Steve Trevor were amalgamated, so that Captain America and Wonder Woman were an item. Considering Steve Rodgers and Shield and Steve Trevor and Argus have so many similarities, it'd feel like an incredibly natural crossover that seems somewhat familiar, rather than these versus scenarios.

Tarzan Vs Kraven could be fun.

Han Solo and Luke Cage

First and second only. The rest look terrible.

Either the second or last one look the most entertaining.

How can anyone pass up Cage and Solo?

Cap and Bats could be really good if written right.

Goblin/Two-faced just sounds...interesting. Goblin/Joker is a more fitting pair in terms of personality though.

Kraven vs Tarzan just sounds like a lot of fun to me for some reason. I'd really like to see a wierd Kraven vs Predator crossover.
