Brainiac 5 (well, the 3boot version of him) claimed to be a 12th level intellect, as opposed to the total sum of 31st century Earth being 9th level. So, immeasurable. By the way, only the cartoon version of Brainy is/was a machine, the comics versions have always been flesh and blood.

jk around 500 brainiac=inifinte but he shows otherwise in tactical standards mr M he created a complex machine in few nano seconds so he is pretty smart
IQ test measure intelligence in the sense of technical aspects, meaning that IQ points don't always accurately measure intelligence plus they tend to be culturally bias. I have an IQ of 133, which means jack s##t except that I'm good at taking IQ test. I really don't think you can apply an IQ test to comic characters because even low ranking smarties in the comic world have high superior intelligence to any living or dead person, both in the abstract and technical sense.
