If he had Bruce Wayne's billions for gear, and knew how to use it, he might survive long enough to be shut down by the police.

He'd be in a mental institution before attempting to kidnap some young circus acrobat.

Real life Batman equivalent to his comic book counterpart would be unstopable and unbeatable. He's already considered to be Continent level threat with tons of high tech, magic users, metahumans etc. Imagine that in real life when there are no such things, what can stop him?

He could probably hack into any government as well and access nukes.

Someone would put the connection together in a second, unless Bruce managed to pay for everything in cash.

Even still, the feds would have an inter-agency task force on him by the next day, and within a week he'd either be dead or in jail.

I think the people asking these questions are too caught up in the comicbook aspect of it.You place alot of street level comic characters into the real world, and they won't survive long at all or someone would find out their identity really fast.....think when kick-ass had his first out in the film except maybe much worse.

He would not last very long, Batman is too soft with his villains.

He stops short of killing them, but I wouldn't describe his methods as "soft." If he killed, his career would be over even faster because the police would be on him like white on rice. Even comic Batman wouldn't dare for this reason (besides morals).

Exactly. Most people would already know his identity thanks to his comics, movies, games, etc.

Those are written stories that are decided by the writers. Batman wouldn't last a day in real life. He isn't protected by the pen.
